“I used to love Bob Valenti’s for purchasing used/new cars. Car buying was a pleasant experience. Free oil changes and a videotaped 10 point inspection were included with your purchase for the original owner. They stopped doing this a while back which really was a perk that set them apart from the competition. Jason (Assistant Service Manager) should be the Service Manager. He is always very welcoming and works very hard at trying to squeeze you in for oil changes. Recently he also reminded me that my emissions was expired and took care of that as well. He is personable and patient when explaining any questions regarding recommended services or any issues that come up during the oil change. I have been a Chevy customer for over 15 years and my brother had been a customer for over 20+ years as well. The service manager who has been there for many years usually doesn’t even look up from his desk and rarely says hello or interacts with customers. My perception as a customer is that he either dislikes his job or dislikes the customer aspect of his job. He comes across as indifferent and less than flexible. If Jason was not the main person that deals with Chevy service, I doubt I would ever buy another car from Valenti’s.”
