“Overall, my car buying experience and customer service were good - love the car, sales team were accommodating and professional. BUT, when we got home, we noticed the COOLANT TANK WAS EMPTY something that would have ended up in disaster. After contacting my sales associate AND the manager, I got nowhere. Yes, there was a multi-point inspection, but that doesn't mean it was done COMPLETELY. Before purchasing the car, the manager promised a clean, detailed car with fluids topped. I don't like working with dealerships, but I felt Nalley was the local flagship for Toyota, had a great reputation, and stood by its brand. As the customer, it isn't my responsibility to make sure every point on the inspection was completed - not my expertise. I do, however, expect Nalley to stand by its promises and brand. Overall, this isn't about getting free coolant, it's about trust, reputation, and delivering on it's promise. I won't go there again, and don't recommend to others do so.”

“I had an AMAZING experience from beginning to end with my car shopping journey here. Israel was very helpful to me this whole process and really went to bat for me to get me the best options to stay within my price range , taking into consideration my not the best credit score, the budget itself, and the actual features and things that I was looking for. We stopped at this dealership at the end of our list one day and I was not really expecting to find anything really. Not only out of all of the dealerships that we went to before and after did I receive the best service , but I also found my dream car immediately! All because Israel took the time to listen to my wants and just wanted to show one more before we left. That last one ended up being the one ! I said it that day. And though I continued my car search , this was the only one I repeatedly came back to. Israel was also always available to answer any questions I had which also made this kind of stressful process less so. Overall 10/10 . I’d go back if I’m in the market again. And if anyone else is thinking of going, I’d say ask for him .”

“So I have one of the Tundras that had an engine recall (news came out the day after I purchased the truck). And I have been having mini panic attacks about this over the past year. I've just been waiting and waiting for my turn to get a replacement engine before my original engine started seeing the symptoms of the recall.
Well, this week I went in to Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation and Areca from the service department told me that they had engines available and could get the swap done and truck back in my possession the following day.
I kind of looked at her and laughed a little bit and thought there is no way you guys can do an engine swap in a single day. Boy was I wrong!
After some back and forth and trying to figure out if now was a good time (holiday season approaching) I asked to meet with the Tech that would be doing the swap, he came out and we talked about it for a good 20 minutes. He helped keep my mind at ease so I said go ahead and do it and I prepared for the worst case scenario that I wouldn't see my truck again for 3 days minimum.
So I left my truck and the following morning I started getting texts with videos and pictures of the progress. So they had the truck over night but didn't start until the next day. And at about 3pm that next day they called saying the truck was ready for pickup. THIS SERVICE TEAM DID A TWIN TURBO ENGINE SWAP IN LESS THAN 9 HOURS. I couldn't believe it.
I have been using this dealership as the only place I have the truck serviced and after this week, I will NEVER take my truck anywhere else.
I can't speak to the sales side of this dealership but I will put this dealership up against any other Lexus/Toyota dealership in Metro Atlanta. Hands down the best service, best communication and speediest service I've ever had.
Shout out to Areca in Service, Tommy the Technician, and Darryl for hooking me up with a loaner for a day. Great job Toyota, this just solidifies the fact that our family will be a Toyota family for life.
Thank you all!”

“I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I visited on 11/11/25 to look at an all-electric Toyota BZ. I test drove the BZ4X and absolutely loved it. The issue, however, was with the sales process.
The salesperson I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt judged from the start. It seemed like they thought I was wasting their time and just wanted me to leave. This was surprising, considering my family and I have purchased two cars from this same location before.
They presented me with only one offer — over $1,000 per month with a 14.99% interest rate — and said that was final. This didn’t make sense to me because my credit score is over 800, and I was already pre-approved through my credit union for a 5.6% interest rate (which I chose not to mention at the time — never show all your cards at once).
Here’s where my main issues lie:
I wasn’t offered anything to drink.
They only made one offer, and the price was excessive.
They didn’t attempt to make a deal on the car I test drove.
They never asked how I planned to pay for the car.
They didn’t ask if I wanted to trade in my current car.
They didn’t follow up with me after my visit.
I didn’t receive any emails or information about the cars once I left.
No one scheduled a follow-up test drive for the BZ once it arrived.
When I was leaving, the manager came out but made no effort to save the deal or even discuss options.
In the end, I felt pre-judged. They clearly thought I was wasting their time — and that’s fine, but $40,000 walked out the door that day. I ended up buying a Model Y instead.
To management: please remind your sales team never to pre-judge anyone. You never know who’s actually ready to buy.
Once I have the car I will post photos of me with it.
Update 12/5/25. Spoke with the area manager, he was really cool and friendly. I explained my experience to him and he was even shocked. Overall, I think that the manager and the salesperson just drop the ball that day. I'm still gonna leave it at a one star because my experience was one hundred percent true and factual, nothing was elaborated or made up. I still plan on purchasing a bz but that will be a few years from now. Maybe they'll have something better when i'm ready to get another electric vehicle and like I promised, I added the photos of the tesla that I just purchased.”

“Stopped by at the dealership at 5pm on a Saturday to test drive a few vehicles. Sales guy Justin was really nice, helpful and knowledgeable of all of my wife’s questions.
Stephen trade in manager got our trade amount as we were test diving a Sequoia. 2 hours later we left the lot with a new car. Even as the dealership was closed at 6pm they stayed behind to ensure the sale.
Finance manager was nice too I just can’t recall his name. He worked at Atlanta Toyota for 10 years prior. We added our 6th Toyota to the family and many more to come.
Nalley is better since I was here last when they bought out Stone Crest Toyota. At least vibe and employees are happy which makes a great experience for the customer and soon to be new car owners.”
