“I reached out to Roosevelt Adams, General Manager, with my contact information over a week ago and haven't received a response, yet. Please check your email and contact me. Thank you.
I pulled up at 8:30. I was quoted 3 to 4 hours. I am now headed towards 5 hour mark. Keith was my representative. He was overwhelmed and overworked and not prepared for his day. I went to check on my remaining time. He had 5 other people waiting on him. The other staff was walking around excited about the lunch being delivered. One offered me his lunch for 50 dollars.
Keith came twice asking me about my tire purchase which I told him twice no because my husband would take of it.
Only time he came to check in was to tell me 20 minutes and I sat 1 hour pass that time with no update. I went to check with him and he seemed annoyed at me approaching him.
Overall , not a good experience. I should have known better because my buying experience wasn't good.

I went in because Service 4WD light was on. Later that night it came back on. 5.5 hours at tge dealership Saturday and 900 dollars later, it is still on. My problem is still not fixed.
Only good I have met at this location is Ali and Dean Phillips. If they are not there, turn around.”

We purchased our Dodge Durango from Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in 2024 and had a great experience from the start. The sales process was smooth, professional, and straightforward, which made us feel confident in our purchase.
Where they truly earned their 5-star review, however, was during our recent service experience. We brought the vehicle in due to brake issues and worked with Dean and Ali, who were exceptional. Unlike other places we’ve dealt with in the past, they were very transparent, informative, and honest about what was going on. They clearly explained our options, helped us choose the best solution for the vehicle, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services.
Most importantly, they respected our time and got us in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s refreshing to work with a service team that values clear communication and customer trust. Highly recommend Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially Dean and Ali, for both sales and service.”

“Nightmare Experience with Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Dealer #60542, Stone Mountain Area)
I bought my brand-new Dodge on 04/06/2021, and within 3 months fuel pump went bad, it completely failed to start — I had to pay for towing myself. Opened Case #81187884 (2021), and after over a month, they replaced the fuel pump. Ever since that “repair,” my car won’t start on the first crank and now needs two attempts every single time — clearly a fuel pressure issue that began after their work.
I’ve been back multiple times (07/19/2021, 05/02/2022, 03/12/2024) and they always said “we couldn’t reproduce it.” I even provided video evidence showing the issue — still ignored. Opened Case #89249514 (Nov 3, 2024) for the same problem, yet no fix again.
Now the car is out of warranty, and they want me to pay for what’s clearly been a long-standing defect.
On top of that, TomTom maps never worked, backup camera recall still open, and even the so-called “software updates” never fixed anything.
This has been humiliating, frustrating, and exhausting. Dodge and this dealership have failed completely in customer service and accountability.

I wish I could give negative ratings but unfortunately 1 star is the least I can to submit this review for fellow shoppers like myself.
Car is still sitting at the dealership for 6th day till date. Dealer (Brian) called today to take vehicle to another dealership to fix it.
10/2/25 - Dropped vehicle again
10/7/25 - Opened new case (94414202) third time for the same problem.
10/8/25 - No response from dealer nor corporate.
10/9/25 - Waiting for manufacture supervisor
10/10/25 - Waiting for manufacture supervisor
Dealer returned vehicle without fixing anything including recall and now received this trade in offer. That's how you get treated when you buy Dodge. Worst brand and dealership incapable of handling one and only one issue.”

“This was THE best car buying g experience ive ever had. They really took great care of me. I gpt a great deal and I felt as though they were really wanting to help me and not just take my money. I would definitely recommend visiting Geinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. Oh and Marquez was awesome, so make sure you ask for him.”
