“After realizing that we had to move to a mini van , due to my disabilities, i knew the Odyssey was what i wanted. My husband and i are very loyal customers and since becoming disabled, i really hate the shopping process. Speaking is very difficult for me, so calling and going in are two of my least favorite things. we had gone into another dealer the weekend before christmas and they came back with an insanely high interest rate and wouldn’t answer simple questions for me. We left with the intent of they would text me the next day. The next day the only text i received was, “we want your business”. my response received radio silence. on clue day after christmas feeling defeated i googled, best honda dealer in northern california. Stockton honda came up. The first Odyssey, was an exact match to what i wanted!! I clicked the button for: get today’s best price. Figuring the van would be gone. Within two minutes i was on the phone with Carlos. Believe me my speaking voice is not the greatest. Carlos let me tell him what happened so far and said i’ll send you my best. I also spoke to another person on the phone ( i’m so sorrry for not getting his name) who let me know Carlos was with another client , but feel free to let him know if i need anything. What great team work! My husband arrived home, filled out the online application and we made a deal in less than fifteen minutes! we asked if we could drive down the next morning to complete the deal and with no hesitation they approved! i kept expecting to wake up from the dream! we got there and everything was exactly as stated the day before. Richard worked with us on finance and he was awesome too. becoming disabled at 47 is terrifying. Richard helped us get an extended warranty (i don’t care of you hate them, its a peace of mind thing when disabled) and i’ve never been so pleased with a vehicle, the finance rate, and the warranty. Sorry for such a long review, but it was so amazing i couldn’t believe it! oh in case you’re wondering about the other dealer… they did respond, while we were signing papers at Stockton Honda. less just say their “deal” was to pay a lot more…. a big thank you to stockton honda for taking care of us”

He was very patient and understanding and made it worth me coming in where i met Rey who was super knowledgeable and readily available for all my questions, test drives back and forth and also helping me find what i wanted . Honestly i would not come in if it was not for JT excellent customer service. Both of the boys kept in touch with me until i sold my car. “This was absolutely the best car buying experience. I came in with realistic expectations- I knew exactly what I wanted and what a reasonable ask was for a dealer discount. I just didn't want to be steamrolled and toyed with through aggressive sales tactics and slimy add-ons. From the get go, JT, Justin, Luna, and Chris in finance were friendly and helpful. Justin sent me a detailed quote by email, called me and he adjusted the quote to meet the terms I was looking for after we chatted. Luna helped me out with the test drive and confirming my pre-approval, and then Chris processed my paperwork. JT arranged to get my new car over to a rental car place so I could return the rental and then drive home from there. There was never any pressure and they were willing to totally forgo the normal hassles of required additions, services, and packages. I could have gone elsewhere for GAP, but I opted to take theirs for a negotiated price since it is refundable should I cancel it later. That negotiation was easy.
