“Terrible negotiations, sales manager came back to the same price 3x before we walked away. Car was on the lot for 2+ months and they have it listed for the same price the entire time. Wasted 2 hours of our day. They also offered 5k below CarMax for our vehicle. We got the deal done at another dealer whose vehicle we used as a fair comp to theirs and they also gave us over CarMax value for it. Better change your tune and be willing to negotiate prices or you’ll have more vehicles sitting on your lot.”
