“I purchased a vehicle here and we had an agreement (I have a due bill in hand) that they would fix the steering wheel that was peeling apart. I purchased the Vehicle August 8th and the steering wheel has not been fixed. Each time I have called, they would tell me that they’re working on it and would be in contact and would never get back to me. Update: I called again to get the issue handled and they said they’d call me back and they never did. I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied with the business and management. Part of me buying the vehicle was because they said they would fix the issue. I still have written agreement that it would get resolved and so far I have been ignored.”
