“Two things: Austin Sith was my salesman and I have no issue with him. He was clear cut and honest and I felt like we reached an agreement and I would gladly give him a Five Star review, so know that if you keep reading. I was specific about what car I wanted and was coming from far away to pick it up. He sent videos and I was prepared to purchase. The deal fell apart when I began dealing with the sales manager, Steve. I was disappointed in the way that I was spoken to, the way that I felt misled and the way that I was treated. After signing all the papers on the car he went over to deal with another customer while I tried to reset my new car (which was a Toyota). I literally heard him talking disparingly about Toyota quality and finish, while I sat in mine. They could not reset the Bluetooth for me since the previous owner had protected it with a pin and I discovered some things that had not been disclosed to me. I immediately asked them to look into these things. Steve's comments about Toyota quality prompted me to ask for the Toyota dealer to look at some things he promised me were under warranty, but as I suspected, were not. He became hostile then and I felt the only safe thing was for me to cancel the deal. Ironically it worked out better for me, as I purchased a new Acura. From Pleasanton--won't catch me in Stockton Acura ever again.”

He came out and he was 1000% professional told me some things that I need to get done The performance of the vehicle. Everything was awesome. These guys are great people in accurate and Stockton those are the only two that I can speak to.”
