“I purchased a vehicle from Sterling Subaru over 6 months ago as an out-of-state buyer and STILL have not received my permanent tags or registration. I have been driving on expired temporary tags since January because this dealership has failed to properly process my paperwork in a timely manner.
This is not just an inconvenience — this has put me at legal risk every single day I’ve been forced to drive on expired tags due to THEIR negligence.
I have called the dealership multiple times trying to get a simple update and cannot get anyone to help me. The operator continuously sends me to voicemail with no returned calls. On my most recent attempt, I was transferred to the service department where the advisor told me she “can’t transfer calls” and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable customer service.
There is absolutely no excuse for an out-of-state title and registration to take over 6 months. The lack of communication and complete disregard for a customer who has already paid for their vehicle is beyond frustrating.
At this point, I am seriously considering filing formal complaints with the DMV and the State Attorney General’s Office regarding this matter.
If you are an out-of-state buyer, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This entire experience has been ridiculous and unprofessional.”

“Top-tier experience getting a ’25 Forester at this location. I want to take a moment to shout out Shawn, Henrri, and Fernando. All three treated me like family, and I was in and out within an hour on a busy Sunday. I’ve bought multiple cars over the years, and these guys have definitely earned my business again when I’m back in the market for a Subaru. The beautiful showroom made the whole experience even more memorable.”

“Really pleasant experience. I made a reservation to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Shortly after I arrived they also informed me that they could take of an open recall at the same time.
They sent me a detailed list of any recommended work with video showing recommended service. It was very well done and easy to understand.
The customer waiting area was very comfortable and had free WiFi, drinks and snacks, so the additional time for the recall wasn’t an issue.”

“Had a great experience at Subaru Sterling. I came in for a brake job and also had an unexpected issue with a fog light that had melted in the housing and needed replacement. My service advisor, David Lee, took excellent care of everything and provided amazing customer service throughout the process. Clear communication, professional service, and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend.”

The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to help. Have a comfortable waiting zone and offer shuttles as well. Every visit is a great experience, and I trust them completely with my cars.”
