“Feel humbled by the GREATEST experience of Subaru Stewardship and professionalism, the simple basic human kindness. Thank you David, I owe you and the team - at least - a couple of dozen donuts for helping me out today with my flat tire. For anyone interested, this was on THAT DAY, on a Monday January 26th the morning after the decade's heaviest snowfall, with gov. offices and schools all around shut and businesses' staff of any kind elsewhere on adverse weather leave. A day not for the faint heart. And yet, Subaru of Sterling, like a Beacon of Light, with several team members on the job were ready to dive in, welcomed me with a hot cuppa whilst being SERVED like a KING and the expertise of a young car mechanic patching up FOR FREE my screwed up tire (yes, pun intended-hit a random screw under the snow on my way to somewhere). If David and Team did not welcome and help me out then, my car would be still sitting somewhere in the snowpiles of the Loudoun Landscape. An honor to go back for my future regular maintenance with my brand new Subaru Outback - that drove me all day like no other car through the snow with its 4x4 capabilities. I like you guys, my car feels safe with you. I will be back in the near future with my servicing needs - it is a no brainer.”

“Had a great experience at Subaru Sterling. I came in for a brake job and also had an unexpected issue with a fog light that had melted in the housing and needed replacement. My service advisor, David Lee, took excellent care of everything and provided amazing customer service throughout the process. Clear communication, professional service, and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend.”

“This is by far my favorite Subaru dealership! I’ve purchased two cars here and always bring my vehicles in for service. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to help. Have a comfortable waiting zone and offer shuttles as well. Every visit is a great experience, and I trust them completely with my cars.”

“Short version: brought my car in for what should have been an express visit. They broke stuff, agreed to fix it for free (good), and held my car for almost a month to do so (not terrible because they provided a loaner). When I got the car back, inspection was due and it failed (terrible!). How did they keep the car for a month and still couldn’t notice things that would cause the car to immediately fail safety inspection??????”
