ā€œStandard dealer nonsense. I would avoid this place. I made an extremely reasonable offer on a vehicle. $1000 off the listed price (listed at $25999). I also requested the way the processing fee since I would register entitled the vehicle at my local DMV. The sales associate told me they could not do that but would like to earn my business and find a price that works for everyone. Then I offered another $500 towards the vehicle. It appears I was the only one trying to make efforts to make this deal work. 5 minutes later I received another text message from management stating that the online price was their best price and the vehicle sold two minutes ago. One message from an employee stating one thing, then a completely different message from management 5 minutes later. Standard car dealer games. If the dealership responds in anyway that says this is not true then I'll be posting the screenshots in response. Avoid this place if you want to avoid the nonsense.ā€

ā€œI found the listing for the used car I was interested in on Car Guru and contacted the dealership. Alejandro contacted me almost immediately and worked with my schedule to set up an appointment. He came in on his day off to help me with a test drive and was able to give me details of the car's history from his discussions with the previous owner. He navigated a professional and friendly sale giving me constant updates to the progress. He continued to be responsive and helpful after the sale, with all of my follow-up questions. Emily helped me get the best financing I could have asked for and was also very friendly and helpful. She walked me through a cross-state sale and followed up with tax/title/license processes until everything was filed/completed. There was a bit of a wait to get in her office, but the waiting area had everything I needed for me and my kiddo. She also stopped by occasionally to let me know her status and to make sure I was taken care of. The dealership offered a very good price for the car, more than competitive with the make/model/mileage, then honored my Carmax trade-in amount for my previous car. They also made the car look new leaving the lot with brand-new rugged floor mats, full gas, new oil, and a great detailing job. I would definitely recommend this dealership.ā€

ā€œAbsolutely amazing customer service by Adeel in the service department! Was so fast with taking me in, putting my car in the shop, and having it out! Came out to the lounging area to give me multiple updates and drove with me to hear a weird sound in my car. Also, showroom as whole was impeccable. I attached a handful of photos for reference but overall I’m super impressed by the caliber this dealership is operating at. 10/10 would 100% recommend!ā€

ā€œSafford Brown Sterling Jeep did an EXCEPTIONAL job working with me and getting me into the Jeep I wanted. And before I go any further, I have to call out my sales associate Abe and Emily in finance. Ask for Abe - best thing you can do. He will represent you well. Here is my story: I had a STUNNING deal in hand from another dealership on a new 25 Rubicon and was planning to going to ink the deal and then thought I'd call Safford Brown with a request I was sure they couldn't match, but on a 26. I called Abe, told him I wanted no fuss, just a transparent and honest negotiation. He listened CLOSELY, worked with me o get all the relevant information to the sales manager, and they quickly worked up a deal that exceeded my expectations. Abe worked his magic and got me to where I needed to be and he moved quickly, but without error. And he was wonderfully polite, honest, and very hard working. He's what a sales associate should be and I hope we will work together again. Emily in finance was very professional: clear in all the details, zero games, and no high pressure add-ons. She did do her due diligence and walk me through the warranty products they offer, but I never felt pressured. She's also great with people. And thanks to Safford for giving me a good deal on my trade. No lowballing and no games: they made trading easy. Treat them with respect and they will treat you well. Actually, they will probably take care of you either way, but treat them well, please. They are good people, they are each credits to their profession, and they take every but of the dread out of car buying. And don't forget to ask for Abe!ā€
