âWent to get a new key, which had to be "programmed" to work with my car and discovered the following: Some sort of "inspection" was done that I did not request and did not approve. (Fortunately, my car was found not to be in need of repairs, but I have no idea what was done, where, or by whom to my car.) Beyer does not warranty its work (as it says on the form that you're given to sign at check-out). The total was roughly $200 ($700 vs. $500) more than I was led to expect over the phone. They charge an extra 3% if you want to pay by credit card. There's nothing in the showroom anymore that I'd take as a gift, when Volvo used to have the best-looking cars on the road. Will not be going back unless I encounter another problem (like needing to replace a key) that absolutely, positively cannot be solved by some other repair shop. As I heard one of the employees say, it was "just another day in paradise."â

âI recently purchased a used 2025 vehicle. We started discussing the purchase online. Justin Dibbs was exceptional before, during, and after the sale. Ask for him! He and his manager worked with our budget and made the negotiation super easy.
One ding for the finance office. None of our paperwork was signed by a manager, and they did not include the Buyer's Order. We didn't notice for a couple of days, but Justin followed through immediately to get us a copy. The dealership was not that busy at the time we were there, so there was no good excuse for the oversight.
5 stars for Justin and the sales team. One ding for the finance process that needs tightened up. Good experience, overall.â

ââDivineâ Auto Group is anything but divine. After seven separate phone conversations, I drove from Silver Spring to Sterling to see a 15,000-mile Volkswagen Jetta that was actively listed for sale. At no pointânot onceâdid anyone disclose the most critical fact: the vehicle has structural frame damage.
Shockingly (or maybe not), this information was revealed only after I arrived. For anyone unfamiliar, Virginia law requires dealers to disclose known material defectsâespecially structural or frame damageâbefore a sale, not after a customer has been lured to the lot. This isnât a âminor detail,â itâs a legally and financially significant issue.
And just when you think it canât get more unserious: despite calling an hour before arriving, they did not have the keys to the vehicle. Yesâno keys for the car they were supposedly selling.
This experience checks every box for a bait-and-switch operation: advertise a clean, low-mileage car, omit major damage, get the buyer on-site, then casually drop the truth. Thatâs not transparencyâthatâs deception.
Complete waste of time, zero professionalism, and blatant disregard for basic consumer protections. If you value honesty, legality, or your sanity, avoid this dealership at all costs.â

âI cannot recommend this dealership more. They are fantastic. We have bought two cars from them in the last 3 months. We bought our first Volvo back in October 2025, and 2025 XC60 mild hybrid to replace the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe and are so happy we did. Jeep and Stellantis were horrible to work with compared to Volvo. Matt Kesterson handled both of the deals and we also had Mike Moore help as well and he also was fantastic. We came back this week and ended up purchasing an XC90 T8 plug-in hybrid because we have fallen in love with the brand. The deal was seamless for us. We were not pressured to do anything we didnât want. We felt at ease with the entire process thanks to Matt and everyone at Beyer Volvo Dulles. If youâre in the market for a new car, I cannot recommend them enough if you want it to be smooth and not feel pressured to do anything you do not want to do. Thank you Matt and team! P.S. give him a raise đ
Also shout out to Jim Gallas in finance, he was wonderful with helping us get our car registered properly. We are military and wanted to register in Florida and he was on it. He also helped us go through warranty and service plans that would be right for us. Ask for him if youâre doing your own finance or financing through Volvo. They were happy to take our financing from USAA and didnât try and get us to do theirs.â

âI'd like to take the time today to write a great review for Matt and Mike at Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles, Virginia. A few months ago my wife and I arrived back in the USA after many years abroad. And I have been driving a Ford for over 10 years and never thought of changing until I met Matt and Mike.We were both still finding our feet and had been researching a few car dealerships in the area.We are very grateful we ended up working with Matt at Volvo Beyer. He was and is very kind, respectful, and listened to all of our never-ending questions and concerns. He walked us through every step of buying our new Volvo and had us test drive multiple models. Furthermore, he had us look through the different types of car models, their prices, and what would be the best car for our lifestyle and budget. Never made us pressured about anything and never felt like I was talking to a salesperson!
Overall, we ended up buying an XC60 2026 model, and it's truly a wonderful experience and car. It was a pleasure to meet and work with such a genuine person as Matt. Also, just another round of appreciation for the staff at Volvo Beyer, who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you so much.â
