“I recently visited the AutoNation Honda Dulles service department to use my Honda Service Pass, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff checked me in quickly, explained exactly what was included with the service pass, and kept me updated throughout the appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready right on time. The only bummer was their car wash was closed due to the cold weather. So, I was unable to get my complementary car wash. Overall, it was an easy, efficient visit that made routine maintenance feel hassle‑free.”

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Honda AutoNation. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Moh, the Used Car Sales Manager, is truly outstanding. He is a great guy to work with, very honest, helpful, and absolutely the best. He made sure I was comfortable with every step and helped me find the perfect car. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Hakam, the Finance Manager, was also excellent. He explained everything clearly, was very professional, and made the financing process easy and straightforward.
I’m extremely happy with my car and the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back within a year for my next new car, and I will 100% ask for Mo again. Highly recommend Honda AutoNation to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience”

“My second time purchasing a car at AutoNation Dulles-both were satisfying experiences. I got the car I wanted at a fair price (they don't negotiate), and had excellent sales service from Kevin-super nice, engaging person who was a pleasure to talk with while I was waiting for a sit-down with the finance associate. The car was six years old with 95k miles, so the only add-on I was interested in was the wheel/tire insurance (which I knew going in), and the finance guy didn't pressure me to buy anything beyond that. Their add-on services did seem reasonably priced, however. If you're ok with a no-negotiation car-buying experience, and they have what you want at a price you think is fair, I'd recommend the dealership and Kevin (the sales associate).”

“I had an great experience at this dealership. Scott was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I was able to test‑drive two cars, and he made the whole process easy and stress‑free. Tony in finance was equally excellent, walking me through every detail clearly and efficiently. The team even stayed open two hours after closing to complete everything so I could drive home in my new car. Truly exceptional service—highly recommend!”
