“If there were negative stars I would leave that. The service department is terrible. 2 years ago I brought my promaster in for service, they told me there was a leak and it needed replacing. Had it replaced, but, not before going through 2 other radiators that had flaws in exactly the same place, a 3rd one was finally found. In the past 2-1/2 years they have replaced the thermostat 3 times. The coolant system hoses, the oil adapter housing. Now they are replacing a defective radiator that had leaked over all the hoses and belts that also need to be replaced. All this because of inferior parts. At one point, my washer motor failed, they replaced the wiper motor instead. Never touched the washer pump that I replaced personally after they wanted to charge me over $300 for the 25$ part. Trying to call and talk to managers regarding these issues is fruitless as they duck your calls. Now, my van is not being repaired and is in the middle of a dispute with my insurance company and the dealership because previous said repairs are being done yet again. By the way, radiators should last a minimum of 12 years or 100,000 + miles. Minimum. And that’s if you don’t take care of them. Do not go here for repairs or parts.”
