“i cannot give this any stars, while google requires to give at least on in order to submit this review. When searching for a vehicle at this dealership please take a mechanic with you as the company has no onsite mechanic that has looked at the vehicle prior to selling. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma with 55k miles, in CASH on October 17th, 2025. We Drove the vehicle home from Car Lot to the Northern Neck, proceeded to drive the truck the next day to Richmond to and from. The vehicle was driven locally maybe 30 miles until on October 25th, we drove to Richmond again where we noticed an oil leak. This is where everything went down hill. We drove the truck to our local mechanic (12 miles) after arriving home from Richmond where the truck proceeded to overheat, and smoke. The diagnosis is a belt shredded which then cut a hose that allowed coolant to leak out. Major oil leak in the lower pan and crank shaft seal is broken, drive belt and pulleys need to be replaced, drive belt tensioner, hose clamps, lower oil pan needs to be replaced and of course another oil change and coolant flush. Undercarriage is rusted, yes on these vehicles and where this car previously was (Up North with salt, snow etc.)this happens. Undercoat paint was applied to the undercarriage but a spot was missed and a hole is present which will lead to more problems later down the road. Point being, they shine up the cars, and have NO ONE to look at the mechanics of the vehicle before they sell it. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are selling cars that they have no clue if they are mechanically in good working order and will last the consumer any amount of time. We saved and saved, we are not wealthy people and this purchase has cost us even more of our savings, all because this company lacks integrity behind what they do Laugh is on us at the moment. I DO NOT recommend this company and the warranty is no good at all. BEWARE! All they did was put lipstick on a pig, they had no idea about anything mechanical about the cars they sell. Bottom line, we bought the car on the 17th, had it for less than 2 weeks where now it sits in the mechanics lot waiting for approval from the Warranty company, and who knows how long we will be without the vehicle.”

“I be honest. I bought a ford mustang from this guy. Worts mistake. They say the car was in amazing shape and condition. Carfax clean and all. 2 years later i try trade it in for something else. The dealership tells me that has a crash report from 2017 and i bought this car in 2021. This guys lie about their carfax they delete some reports and lie to your face. Dont buy from this scammer.”

“I bought a 2015 Jaguar XFS with 52k miles for $27,000 from G-Automaxx. I drove the car for 5 days and it cutoff on me in the middle of the highway. I had the car towed to a service center and found out it needed a new engine and fuel pump. $30k for repairs. I called G-Automaxx and after 3 weeks of going back and forth with them, they told me they'd replace the engine for $5k. After replacing the engine, I drove the car for 2 days and it cutoff on me again. I took it to the service center and was told the engine needed to be replaced. I spoke to 4 different attorneys but was told since I bought the car "As Is," nothing can be done. Now I'm $27,000 in the hole and put less than 200 miles on the car. You were warned!”

“The staff seemed nice but not honest people! Wife was talking to a guy about a 2017 GTI supposly needed 1500 down said she could get 3000 and wanted payments between 100 and 200 a month give or take they said they can make it happen we drove 3.5 hours 1 way just to tell us we need 5000 down and 4 something a month everything doubled. Taking entire conversation we had and goin to better business bureau. Don't recommend these people unless you are close by! They been messaging daily to come back but not with your prices the price we discussed yes no problem.”

They also cared about the condition of their product which was nice. Too many used car dealerships give you 'yeah yeah yeah' and push you out the door after the sale. They were very professional and super accommodating with what I was looking for. I recommend them on anyone's next purchase.”
