“If you are shopping around - don’t waste your time going anywhere else! We already did the hard work! We loved our experience specifically with Megan so much that we returned for 3 more vehicles the same month for family. Great deals and service. We shopped around everywhere and you will not only get some of the best pricing here but you will have professional and helpful sales staff who actually works for you. I cannot recommend Megan enough. Ask for her, and you will be happy you did. She worked with me answering all my questions for a few weeks time, sending pictures, options, alternatives at times, numbers, and we were able to do it all over text which alone deserves a 5 star rating because the amount of dealerships that do not discuss numbers or quotes unless they drag you out of bed to spend half a day at dealer is absurd and it is a ridiculously outdated method for sales for cars in 2025. We immediately chose not to even consider any business with dealers who refused to quote a vehicle simple and efficiently over text or email. The other thing we noticed so many dealers do is they have some person receiving your online inquiry ignoring your actual specifics of your request and then pass you off to others. It ends up being exhausting and ridiculous. I didn’t experience this at Maher. They are ON IT! And my advice is to continue offering stellar service just like this as well as great pricing. There was no added junk fees or excessive packages forced on us to ramp up the sticker thousands of dollars at least on our vehicles and that alone is another reason to run to Maher. Cannot tell you how much garbage sales tactic is out there to manipulate pricing and bloat sticker prices to smoke the customer in ways they might not realize. If you want to avoid that, go to Maher. And specifically, go to Megan Smith. We agreed to terms and price over messages, sent deposit remotely, picked up vehicle. This alone deserves another recognition. Many dealers lose customers because they tell you your best deal will be if you drive in and spend the day to look at them for a few hours but in almost every previous experience it ends up being a complete waste of time. Not to discourage anyone from going in, talking with the team, seeing the vehicles , of course this is all very helpful for some but for someone already who knows what they want and shopping around - let them know and see how they can help. Our Equinox and Silverado EV are some of the best vehicles we’ve had to date. The dealer and Megan are quick to address any questions, issues, and problem solve. We did not make it “easy”, and they still worked with us and made it happen. Because of our experience here, and with Megan specifically, we will be back in 24 months for 4 new vehicles. We drove 2 hours from our home to get our vehicles and it was well worth it. We needed on vehicle sent to a different state and they accommodated that as well. I can’t emphasize enough all the dealers that were too stone walled or stubborn to get a deal done, ended up calling us like crazy days and weeks after desperate to sell their vehicles. Maher got it done. The finance guy is nice too Remember to ask for Megan Smith. She is an asset to the dealership. 5 stars all around!”
