“I Called 10 days ago to get a quote on preventative maintenance. I specifically needed a transmission service. The woman on the phone who wasn't a service advisory cut me off when I was explaining I needed a price and told me $395.00.
I responded back and told her this was a special case as it was for a DCT transmission. She agreed that it would cost more but didn't know how much. I asked to speak to a service advisor. I was told they were all busy and to leave a message. I asked her if they would call me back that day and she said they would.
They never called back. 4 days later, I filled out a contact us form on the website. I was responded to immediately by email and was told someone would call me back Monday.
Nobody called me. I replied to the same email for the Olivia Johnson pseudonym and never got a response.
It's now 10 days after my initial request. I've purchased 4 new GM vehicles in the last 10 years. I don't feel very valued as I had to chase people down to service my car. I'll just move on. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle or get service, Suntrup will not be considered.”

“I came in on a random Saturday afternoon after looking online and seeing that they had an Envista that I was interested in. Fred Butler walked up to me on the parking lot as I was walking around the car I saw online. He introduced himself, asked was I interested in the car, then went and got the keys so that I can test drive it. I drove it, I loved it, and he asked, "What's stopping from buying today?" I told him I was worried about the negative equity in my current car. He told me, "We can get it done, just come back when you can so we can appraise it." He gave me a pen with his name on it and said, "I have a feeling, you will be back and this is all you will need." He was right, I came back Monday evening and filled out my paperwork. Tuesday afternoon, I came back and picked up my 2026 Envista Avenir. It was an amazing and stress free experience. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to others! I absolutely love my new car.”

“I recently visited Suntrup Buick GMC in St. Peters to explore trading in my Ford Explorer ST. During the dealership’s test drive of my vehicle, the staff damaged the plastic trim on one of the seats. I immediately pointed it out to the salesman, but the sales manager dismissed my concern, stating that any repair they performed would be a “half-ass” job, and gave smug responses while trying to gaslight me into believing the damage was pre-existing—despite me having video evidence of staff admitting it wasn’t there before they drove it.
This complete lack of accountability, along with the condescending attitude, was deeply disappointing. I’m hoping the owner or upper management will review this personally and reach out to resolve the issue.”

And my service advisor Tim Bacon, patiently takes the time to thoroughly explain the work being performed and answers any questions I may have. By far the best experience I’ve had dealing with any dealership in St. Louis, Missouri.”
