“This dealership demonstrated a pattern of unsafe workmanship and poor communication.
On earlier service visits for routine oil changes, oil was spilled and improperly handled, which eventually led to a complete oil loss while driving, creating a serious safety hazard. Despite this, there was no accountability.
More recently, I had to return three times for the same unresolved steering issue on my 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV and was charged labor each time. The vehicle continued pulling left and right, yet the issue was never properly diagnosed.
Overall, this experience reflects a lack of professional standards, transparency, and concern for customer safety.
Lastly if you want to put your life in stake you are more than welcome here.

“Jonathan was great to work with! He had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I arrived at our appointment time. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle even though it was a used non kia. He is personable and very easy to talk to. They were negotiable and Jonathan was key to making the deal happen. The process was smooth and I was there less than 3 hours including two test drives and going out the door with my new car. The finance person was also super nice to talk with and organized getting the paperwork done. I will definitely shop here again!”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid from Napleton’s Mid Rivers Kia, and my overall experience was very positive.
My sales representative, Kevin J, was exceptional—professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. After the test drive, I was confident in my decision to purchase the vehicle. The pricing discussion was brief and straightforward, which significantly reduced stress. Having completed extensive research prior to my visit and speaking with other dealerships in the area, I ultimately chose this dealership due to Kevin’s courteous and professional approach. The purchasing process was smooth and efficient.
Prior to leaving the lot, I noticed an issue with the digital rearview mirror. A service appointment was scheduled approximately two weeks later, and the issue was promptly resolved. The dealership also provided shuttle transportation to and from the service center, which was greatly appreciated.
Lane D from the service department was transparent and professional when explaining the service performed. While the service department appears to handle a high volume of customers, additional staffing or improved turnaround times could further enhance the overall customer experience.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the level of professionalism demonstrated by both the sales and service teams. I would recommend Napleton’s Mid Rivers Kia to anyone seeking a straightforward and professional vehicle-buying experience.”

“I was recently in an accident where my car was totaled. This past Saturday I went into Napleton’s Mid Rivers Kia after visiting 2 other dealerships. Koran Johnson was the sales agent who assisted me. He provided me with great information about the cars I looked at and answered all of my questions. Even though it was late in the day, he let me test drive 2 of the cars I looked at. By the time we were done, it was a little after closing. He provided me his contact info and told me call/text him if I had any questions. On Monday, I texted him stating that I made a decision to get the Sorento X-Line EX but that I wouldn’t be able to get up to the dealership until Tuesday. Even though it was his day off, he texted back saying he would get everything set up for Tuesday. Today I came in to purchase the car. He helped me get to the price range I needed to be in. Koran even helped to get my Kia Connect and Apple Car Play set up before I left tonight. I would highly recommend not only Napleton’s Mid Rivers Kia but also Koran Johnson. Thanks to them Big Bertha is now mine!”
