“Easy deal. Alyssa is a rock star sales guru! Worked hard on super busy day to keep us engaged. Alan made the paperwork easy with very little pain. Dealership has a nice vibe up front. Friendly staff all around. Happy wife=happy life in her 2026 CRV!

We were quite disappointed with the service, promises not kept, rude behavior and no service after the sale. We felt rooked over for several reasons. We didn't even get any gas with the car!!! It. Was. Freaking. Empty!!! Poorly performed repairs on the body, no floor mats, bad, loud tires, only one key, long waits at every turn (despite them demanding we make appointments)... I could go on and on.
On the positive side, we got a nice loaner while the poor repairs were being done. And the price would've been fine without all the other issues.
We won't go back and don't suggest anyone else go.”

“I had an excellent experience with the service department at Ed Napelton Honda, especially working with Samuel Smith. From start to finish they truly went above and beyond.
Communication was absolutely amazing-I was kept informed every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. It made the whole process smooth and stress free. After having a not so good experience with another local Honda dealership it was such a relief.
Samuel was professional, friendly and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. It's not always easy to find a service department you fully trust, but this whole team exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be using Ed Napelton Honda again for any future needs.”

“Had a really good experience Saturday dealing with Kevin. No pressure and worked with us to get the perfect deal. When we got into the finance office with Ryan he was great as well. Didn't try to pressure us into a bunch of things we didn't want or need. Simply offered information and put together the perfect deal. Highly recommend the whole team. Thank you for staying late pushing the deal across late on a Saturday”
