“This review come from a place of complete sincerity. I had many questions that did not involve a sale or any incentive for the dealership. This had to do with a vehicle I acquired after my fathers passing. I called so many people to help me with my situation and was left with no call backs and limited care when I did. Which left me still with so many un answered questions until I was blessed with a gentleman named Scott Campbell from Spirit Lexus out of St. Louis. I cant tell you in a review all the time and educated information he gave me. It turn, I am able to proceed with a clear path and a light through the trees. It matters what we do and how we treat others. He spoke to me with consideration and took the time to walk me though all of it. If anyone is his superiors, or a future client, he should be appreciated and given so much success. Cant say it enough. “I brought my Lexus in for the complimentary 10,000-mile service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. This was my first visit to Spirit Lexus, but I’ve had plenty of experience with other dealerships, specifically Audi, and this was by far the best service I’ve received. My service advisor, Chris Baukin, was outstanding: professional, kind, and very attentive. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, and the dealership itself is spotless and comfortable with a great waiting area. They even arranged a very nice ride to my workplace so I could leave my car for service without any hassle. Fantastic job all around. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, quick, and remarkably easy. Hamza is the definition of a professional. He was incredibly efficient with our time, completely honest about the details, and made sure the entire deal was transparent—I felt zero pressure at any point. On top of his professionalism, Hamza brought a great sense of humor that made the car-buying experience genuinely enjoyable. “100000000% recommending Ray as your salesman! He was very patient with my family and I, and had endless knowledge about the dealership’s location change, the different types of cars available, and the differences in trims. Ray worked with us and gave us as much time as we needed to check out all of the features. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision, especially since I was deciding between 2 models. If you’re not tech savvy, Ray’s got you! He will set everything up for you and give you the rundown on what features are most popular and how to use them. Small shout out to Carrie-Anne in the finance department as well - she recently lost the cutest (12 year old) puppy and still had the strength to show up and be present. She stayed late after closing time to finish up with clients and was very accommodating by writing things down for me and explaining what everything meant in layman’s terms. ALSO not forgetting to mention Koby (maybe from services?) who volunteered to drive an hour round-trip to pick my car-less self up so I could POTENTIALLY drive myself home with a new car!! I am still shocked that Ray and staff were willing to go above and beyond like that. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had as part of a family who have generationally relied on Lexus.”

“We purchased our Lexus certified RZ sight unseen with Scott Johnson over Labor Day weekend. He was very quick to respond, answer questions, and make us a deal over the phone and text message. Scott even sent us a personalized video of the vehicle! He went above and beyond to work after hours to finalize the deal after I got out of work late. Over the weekend, we drove 4 hours to Spirit Lexus to make the purchase. Scott got all of our paperwork ready and vehicle charged to 100% for the drive home. He quickly fixed some minor issues we had and kept to his word to deliver the keycard that was missing by mail. Spirit Lexus dealership was very nice and new. The design and style is very nice. Great waiting room with amenities. The finance manager, Carrie-Ann was very friendly and quick to get all the paperwork done so we can make the trip home back to KC. No pressure in the finance office either! Thank you all for the great sales experience! We will definitely be repeat customers if we cannot find a Lexus we want near home!”
