“This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I absolutely love my new Highlander. I highly recommend Lou Fusz and my salesman Mitchell Bowers if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Mitchell was very attentive when I explained what I was looking for and kept me up to date with the status of my Highlander every week while it was being built. Toyota of course is a great product and the aesthetics of the Highlander makes me very proud driving my beautiful blue hybrid.”

“I have bought two used cars from Lou Fusz Toyota in the past two years, for my teenagers. I dealt with Aziz Zewki for the first one, and the experience was amazing. He helped accommodate a special need with my daughter by letting me take the car to her in Crestwood so that she could see it and drive it without coming to the dealership. He was extremely friendly and provided a fair negotiation. For the second one, I had been searching extensively online and was thrilled to find what looked like a winning prospect online at Lou Fusz, and knew I could deal with Aziz on it again. Turned out, he was leaving for the evening and I did not want to delay on the chance to purchase. So Aziz confidently referred me to his brother Deli Zewki who also works there, and promised I would not be disappointed. Upon meeting Deli, I immediately could sense he was just like his brother, and felt in good hands. He also was very nice, friendly, and a fair negotiator. He surprised us after the sale by contacting a few days later to say he had ordered new hubcaps for the car, as we had noted to him we were disappointed that all showed signs of wear. He definitely did not have to do that! Overall, I would highly recommend both of these salesmen if you want a painless dealership purchase experience. I believe Aziz has moved to more of a management role now too, so make sure to ask for Deli!”

“Why I switched from German luxury brands to "Bones"at Lou Fusz—Our 4th Purchase!
My husband and I just completed our fourth car purchase with Jim "Bones" Donahue at Lou Fusz Toyota, and the experience was once again flawless. I had purchased my two previous Highlanders at a different dealership, but after working with Bones, I will never go anywhere else. He has raised the bar so high that he makes it genuinely difficult to work with other sales reps or even consider another dealership.
Before this purchase, I was actually contemplating moving away from Toyota and spent time shopping around at two of the most popular German luxury automakers. Honestly, I was so disappointed with the dealership experiences and their complete lack of follow-up that it made me realize how rare a professional like Bones truly is. While those other places felt like a typical "sales" transaction, Bones focuses on the person. He isn’t just looking for a "one-and-done" sale; he wants to ensure he sets you up with the exact vehicle you need. His service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot—he follows up consistently over the years and has even reached out to see if we had an interest in reselling a car we previously bought from him when the market was right.
A major advantage of working with this team is that Bones and the other salesmen are not paid on commission. This completely changes the dynamic—their incentive is to develop a long-term relationship with us rather than chasing a quick commission check. Because of this, Lou Fusz has always provided us with terrific pricing and outstanding value across all services, including maintenance and recall handling.

“I had an amazing experience working with Mitchell Bowers on my purchase of a 2026 Tundra 1794 Edition. Mitchell went above and beyond by finding a truck that hadn’t gone into production yet, which allowed me to add every feature I wanted.
His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. He kept me updated at each step — from production, to rail transport through Kansas City, to its arrival in St. Louis. It made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.
Lou Fusz also did a great job with a no‑pressure approach and had the truck perfectly prepared for inspection, financing, and delivery.
The new Tundra is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you, Mitchell, for making this such a fantastic purchase.”
