“I was shopping for a Toyota Grand Highlander and Ryan O'Leary was a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 salesman! (I have been to many dealers throughout Missouri and Ryan wins the Best Salesman award!) He was friendly from the moment we walked in the door; thorough in his explanations of differences between a Grand Highlander and a regular Highlander; and communicative with my questions after leaving. I highly recommend Ryan!”

“I purchased from Ackerman Toyota a 2024 Rav 4 LE it was a great experience. The sales person Peyton Bowen was awesome. The other vehicle i wanted had already sold and my plan B fell into place. Peyton was amazing during the whole process she was attewntive to my questions and concern. She was very personable and knowledgeable I encourage anyone to reach out she is AMAZING. “Overpriced. And bad negotiation with Brad. I was ready to buy a car. The car I wanted was 160,000 mi that had been in two accidents. It's not like it was top tier. But compared to other sales in the area, the car was overpriced by at least $2,000 to $3,000. I went back and forth in negotiations and we were $800 away. He didn't offer to go to the manager again. If I would have gotten the deal I wanted, I would have been right in the middle of Kelley Blue book at the end of the day. I didn't ask for the best possible Kelley Blue book price. I just wanted something in the middle. I will say they were using my trade-in and just bumping up the value to get me as close as possible, but even then I was pretty much outside of Kelley Blue book range entirely and that's after negotiating like 2000 extra dollars off. That just shows they were overpriced by almost $3,000. I went to another dealership and got the same model of car two years newer in similar mileage for thousands less. And now I'm much happier. Tell Brad he didn't just miss a sale because he was too prideful to go into the managers office. He also gave a customer a very bad experience! (PS: I live nearly 2 hours away so yes we did negotiate over the phone. But I saw the car through video chat. I was 100% going to buy the car. But you just have to be willing to at least negotiate to the "average" rate. If you get greedy, not only will a customer be upset and leave a bad review. But you will lose a really good sale you could have gotten. Now I can drive this 2016 around instead of the 2014 and I can feel a lot better about it knowing I paid $2,000 less”

“It’s rare to find a salesperson who genuinely looks out for the customer, but Ryan O. was one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with in any industry. I came in knowing exactly which used SUV I wanted and expecting a quick, straightforward sale. Instead of rushing me through paperwork, Ryan took the time to make sure I truly understood the car. He walked me through safety features, encouraged a test drive, and pointed out features I didn’t even realize the vehicle had. It was clear from the start that he was focused on what was best for me, not just making the sale. He went above and beyond explaining the dashboard and tech features, discussing what he learned about me and talking about what I’d actually use the car. I left the lot feeling confident and knowledgeable, like I already knew my vehicle inside and out. Ryan was never pushy at all. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he was happy to answer questions that weren’t even directly tied to my purchase, from broader Toyota features to what’s new across the lineup. His communication was excellent throughout the process. He confirmed my arrival time, had the car ready to go, and even shared his personal number so I could reach him easily. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed small scratches and a minor dent that I hadn’t even seen and made sure they were taken care of with fresh touch-ups—no charge. A normal salesperson would have hoped I DIDN'T see these tiny details (that wouldn't have affected my interest in the car); HE pointed them out and made sure I knew that he was going to personally see to it that it was fixed. In a used car that is truly going above and beyond. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly customer-focused, Ryan O. is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!”
