“Where do I begin?! Lack of communication with Sarah. Took 10 days to complete service. I initially just requested shocks for my Chevy. Needed struts also, I approved. I can't believe I was charged $199.99 to replace a fuse. I had also asked Sarah to check on my driver's side speaker. Was never done. My main complaint was the time it took to complete these items. I most likely would never come back to your dealership if it weren't for Trevor Rines. He was extremely professional and understanding. I probably wouldn't have met him if Sarah hadn't gone out of town. I would have given my feedback one star if it weren't for Trevor.”

“Took my 2016 Suburban in for several issues including leaking antifreeze. The advisor said I needed a lower radiator hose. I noticed it was wet but I didn’t investigate to see where the leak occurred. The advisor gave me a list of things wrong and a huge repair price tag that I declined to proceed. I called my mobile mechanic to replace the hose. He began the process of removing it and noticed that there were two clamps with something missing in between. This is where the leak occurred and the lower radiator hose did not need anything and was in good shape. He bought an $11.00 fitting and charged me $50 bucks in total. It’s crazy Don Brown charges me $300 for the diagnostic and probably would have replaced that hose then figured it wasn’t the hose at all and claimed I needed one anyway. The technician who diagnosed my vehicle was either inept, crooked, or both.”
