“Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I knew my battery was failing and it failed at the dealership. I was notified that the only battery for the vehicle has going to be well over $300. I knew this was high and had remembered an email that I received for 20% off batteries. I mentioned that to the adviser and he said ok over the phone. The weather was brutally cold and I didn’t want to deal with changing a battery so I agreed to pay the price. When I arrived to check out I was hassled by the woman checking me out because I didn’t actually have a coupon just an email from Chevy stating the program. After looking up the batteries that would work for my vehicle I realized that the stealer ship had sold me the most expensive battery even though I could have got one for $160.
