“My experience at this bmw dealership was incredible. My mom and I were provided with consistent help and always had a thorough answer to our questions. As an 18 year old, I never thought I would be able to buy as nice of a car that I purchased, but the salesman James had zero doubt in me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with putting me in the right direction, and the thing I liked the most was he was very honest about the maintenance and responsibility of having a G80 BMW M3 Competition. He didn’t sugar coat anything for me just because I was young and because he wanted to sell a car. Their “geniuses” were also insanely helpful. Ashley helped me out with setting up my car and she knew how to do literally everything. She was so nice and made sure I left the dealership knowing all the important details of my high tech vehicle. The financial advisor Heather was also super sweet. She knew her stuff too and was so kind to my mother and I. She explained everything financially and made sure we understood everything 100 percent. Overall, my experience at the BMW dealership was a 10/10, everyone there was super kind and really knew what they were doing.”

“Found a vehicle here for our daughter and while test driving we noticed the drivers seat belt was frayed. Informed our salesman and he said we couldn't purchase it that night because it wouldnt pass inspection that way. Signed paperwork to purchase after it was fixed the following week. Monday I see my credit being pulled so I got excited that things were moving along and messaged to find out when the vehicle would be ready. He informed me that the seat belt was looked at and they weren't going to fix it. I looked it up and called 2 state inspection locations which both verified that any amount of fraying would fail an inspection. Still they are refusing to fix it. So they pulled my credit 3 times before telling me that they weren't going to fix this seat belt even though that was our original agreement.”
