West End Lincoln

“I should have known from the very beginning. Called about a truck, first sales person says " great shape! I'll take a video and get back to you. Never hear back from him. 2nd sales person I talk to was too lazy to go out look at the truck and tell me the exact tires and exact size and other info about the truck. I decide to make the 45 minute drive to see it for myself. 3rd sales guy seems legit. Look at the truck, seems nice. Sales guy # 3 gives me a menu with payment options using my equity in my truck for a down payment. Checked my payoff on my truck on Monday. Was a couple thousand less then what we thought. On Monday I called sales person # 3 and let him know payoff is less.He texed a new menu with new payments. I say let's do it. OK, he says fill out credit app on line, get a text saying OK, we are good when do you want to pick it up. I said I wanted to pick it up in daylight Im off Wednesday. We make an appointment for 9:30 Am Wednesday to sign paperwork and take delivery. Wednesday morning arrives and we have a snow storm. So I leave early and white knuckle the long drive to the dealership. Show up on time, lady at the desk says the sales man doesn't come in until noon but she will call him have a seat. 5 minutes later she comes over and says they sold the vehicle last night. Talk about a classless act, no dignity at all. Don't know how they sleep. No call after at all from the sales person.”
