“Abdi was friendly, thoughtful and a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable about cars and was helpful explaining the features of my vehicle. The manager made it easy to negotiate a deal that was agreeable to us all and I appreciated that he was kind and respectful to the other employees, as this speaks to the culture of the business. I only took off 1 star because I felt I had to push to get my car charged in a timely manner so I could head out feeling confident until I get a charger installed at home. Overall I was very happy, thank you!”

“I originally left a review a few days ago that said: 'Horrible experience bought a "certified pre owned" and the car was in horrendous condition. I walked out of there feeling like I got scammed. If you are a new car buyer, DO NOT BUY FROM MORRIE'S.'
Update: Shortly after I posted that review, a manager from Morrie's called me and explicitly threatened to cancel the agreed-upon repairs to my newly purchased vehicle unless I deleted the review. They literally held my car hostage over a Google review. I took it down out of fear, but now that I finally have my car back, I am putting this back up to warn everyone.
The full story: They sold me a 2023 Tucson as 'Certified Pre-Owned,' but it had a dent, massive scratches, and falling trim that I couldn't see because I was pressured do the test drive and not look at it thoroughly while it was pitch black outside. The salesperson explicitly lied to me about their 'Morrie's Promise' return policy, telling me to waive it because it 'doesn't apply to CPOs' (which is completely false). When I tried to return it the following Saturday, they refused. They eventually fixed the car, but only after extorting me into silencing my original review.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. They use deceptive paperwork, fake CPO certifications, and illegal intimidation tactics to silence their buyers.”

“Justin has been super helpful in the Service department! With my previous experience here I had rated a 1 star due to scamming of the sales area. Recently I was let known that Management a year ago was overturned and the people working there are amazing! Being a young seller I had no idea how to get a trade in or its worth, the newest sales team let me know they try to get the best deal for you. Thank you to all who have helped me and made sure these departments are running smoothly!”

“This was our second purchase with Morries 394. The first time we had a very good experience. We purchased a used vehicle that was in high demand and not a Hyundai but the sales member did his best on getting knowledge of the vehicle and being very straight forward that the vehicle had multiple appointments for test drive the day I was making my appointment so we were aware it was not going to be available by the end of the day. Fast forward 3 years later to now and we traded in our used vehicle for a brand new 2026 Palisade. The experience the second time around surpassed the first time. Our original salesman was no longer with the company and we were contacted by Dima after an online inquiry for more information. Dima was absolutely amazing and we were back and forth on whether upgrading was our best choice at the specific moment. She continued to check in but was not pushy or over contacting. She respected the information we gave her about our timeline and didn’t turn into the overly aggressive sales member that we often see at other dealerships. Dima is definitely the reason we pulled the trigger and upgraded our vehicle. I felt valued and understood in our needs and everybody was very accommodating with letting us really feel out the vehicle and make sure it had all of our family needs. We have young children and Dima and Brandon, in finance, made the process as quick as possible so when we came in, our youngest wasn’t sitting in a dealership for hours. They also treated us as friends, remembering details about our family and went above and beyond to let our child “help” them work. The Palisade is absolutely amazing but the Morrie’s team definitely sold it. The service department also contacted us the next day and made an appointment to get our vehicle in for the accessories asap. We have already recommended the Palisade, Morrie’s and Dima to multiple people even before we finalized our purchase”
