The next best thing to standing over their shoulder 🙂 I initially leased my Jetta in 2013 and then bought it in 2016, and have had it serviced here since the beginning. “What a wonderful experience with Rick, Simon and Chris @ the preowned portion of the business. I stopped by because I saw a car I thought I wanted, but it turns out it wasn’t the color I wanted. I casually mentioned to Rick that if they found one that was in the color I wanted I would be interested in buying it. Rick told Chris and he spent some time looking for this car and found one within about two weeks. They purchased it and brought it to Minnesota where they checked it out, made a few small changes and asked me to come and drive it. I thought it was a very good quality car at a fair price. I had been looking for this Volvo XC 40 for about six months but had no luck finding it in cloud blue. I felt no pressure to buy the car from them, I’m pretty sure that they could’ve sold this car if they had advertised it, but they held onto it for me until it was ready for sale sent me a video to keep me interested and waited a few days for me to come drive it. I thought that was exceptional service. I thought they handled my trade-in fairly as well. Simon did a great job with the documents and explaining everything to me. Chris who found the car was very respectful and easy to work with. A few days later, I came back to pick up some documents and asked him to look at a couple little issues and Chris himself took care of them. I do think people wonder if a preowned or used car dealership was good to work with and I can say 100% all three of these gentlemen were great to work with. I would definitely buy another car from them based on my experience.!”
