“A week before my scheduled appointment for a recall repair, I called and spoke to Trent, who was the service advisor for my appointment as well, and asked to confirm that they had all the parts for the repair, as I live over an hour away and it is extremely inconvenient and costly to not have it all done in one day. Trent dismissively confirmed that they had the required parts and it would be able to be done on the day of my appointment.
Come the day of the appointment, I drop my car off, expecting it to be quick and easy, 45 minutes later Trent texts me saying that they in fact did not have the part and I would have to wait a week for it to be done. I then came in and spoke with the manager, who was able to remedy the situation, and happily did so. I do not expect to be pandered to, but I expect honesty, and a lot of folks at the Stephen Wade Auto Center have none of it. Beyond the terrible service experience, I had a terrible experience negotiating a car purchase with them.
It's easier on your time to just drive to Vegas or Salt Lake than to come to this dealership.”

“STAY AWAY FROM STEVEN WADE!!! If I could give them a negative rating, I would I highly recommend nobody to ever buy a vehicle or use Steven Wade for service. I purchased a vehicle from Steven Wade from a local salesman that I knew. I bought the truck with an extended warranty. I did all of my service and warranty work through the dealership when my extended warranty was getting close to expiring. I brought it into the dealership to have them fix an oil leak. They were booked three months out on service. I waited the three months my truck goes in then in the shop for another 2 months (yes in the shop getting worked on and I got run around forcing them to get me an rental car witch I had to upgrade to a truck because I use my truck for work.) In that time extended warranty expired while Steven wade was “fixing” my truck. They finally got my truck back and within 12 hours and putting under 20 miles on my truck my motor blew up and I had to get towed from the middle of the gorge and then the dealership has the audacity to tell me that I have to purchase a new engine for my truck that it is now no longer covered under warranty, and they are not responsible for anything they had done. Save yourself the stress/hassel and NEVER USE STEVEN WADE! And to top it all off the salesman callls me when trying to figure out what’s going on with my now totaled truck because they said it was only worth $15k and the motor costs 15k and tries to sell me on a $40k new truck and says they won’t give me anything for my truck 🤣”

“Stephen Wade Nissan Service Department replaced the lower control arms on our car at the end of June. We noticed shortly after that our car pulled to the right when excelerating & to the left when decelerating. We eventually took it back in to have it looked at. They told us the motor mounts and cradle needed to be replaced. We went to another shop in town for a 2nd opinion, who said the motor mounts were cracked and cradle should also be replaced. They were a bit less expensive and we had them do the job. They ordered the parts from Nissan and did the job quickly. When bringing the car home from the shop we realized the issue still remained. It was still pulling. We took it back and had them go with us for a drive. They could feel it. After looking things over AGAIN, they said the lower control arms had issues. We took the car BACK to Stephen Wade Nissan Service department. They asked us if the other shop used factory parts for the repair and said sometimes that’s the issue. They also said it was unlikely that the control arms would have any issue in such a short amount of time. They kept it overnight to look it over and let us know the following morning that it was - in fact - the lower control arms and that THEY (STEPHEN WADE NISSAN) had used non factory parts because they were back ordered at the time. I don’t know if having bad lower arm controls could have created or exacerbated a problem with the motor mounts or cradle, but I’m not impressed. I was especially disappointed in the way the talked poorly of another shop when they did exactly what they accused others of doing.”

“Today was just not my day. I went in for a simple oil change, and five minutes later, I’m being told my car “needs” two other things done. An hour later, I’m stuck with a $230 bill.
What really annoyed me was the service bill. It falsely stated that I requested a tire rotation and a brake fluid replacement — I absolutely did not. The dealership claimed these were recommended by the car, but the only alert I had was for an oil change.
On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary extras I never asked for. I’m sick of places like this trying to squeeze every dollar out of customers by adding services that weren't requested or needed. Just do the work the customer came in for and stop pushing more onto the bill.
Do you think money grows on trees?”

“I have a vehicle year 2021 with less than 40,000 miles on it. It took this location 11 months to get me a rebuilt transmission.
Let me tell you every step of the way was as frustrating as could be. I've had leaks and check brake system notifications. Each issue took multiple trips in to get them to even look deep enough to locate the issue.
When I picked up my vehicle after this 11-month duration not only do I have a giant crack of the windshield that wasn't there before and a dead car battery. I received check brake system notification within driving 5 mi away from the dealership. Only to return and have a technician. Tell me that's just how they're built. That's normal.
I wish I had received some care through my interactions with them, sadly most effort turned into them refusing to do anything to help me or take any responsibility.
I had asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they were all currently in use so there was nothing they could do. Isn't it interesting that one never came available in my 11 months.
When I mentioned I have a giant crack in my windshield. I spoke to a manager asking if we could report the issue or if there's something they could do. He didn't even care enough to come look at the vehicle and see that there was in fact a crack.
I can guarantee working with them as a gamble. And the odds are stacked against you no matter what you do.”
