âThey not only completed the recall on my Honda in a timely manner, they checked my tires and fluids without me having to ask. Though, the showroom could use a little more life! PS: Talk to Penny to help you with your service appointmentâsheâs the reason why I would go back. Another reason is Steve. He will not only listen to your concerns but be able understand them and help you reach the best resolution for your vehicle. Thank you SWH.â

âGreat customer service. Got the best deal in town for a oil change! They were very friendl, informative and I got even a free tag and go car wash! đ˛ My only complaint was my Honda Odyseey has had a broken hatch problem that ive tried to look into and resolve myself before asking them for a diagnosis. They said they would have to charge me a whooping $187 JUST to take a look at the problem!! Seriously?? What the crap?? I could take it to jiffy lube or some other place and they could take a look at it for me for FREE!!! Apparently its a lot of work for their mechanics which is somewhat understandable, even it was perhaps $50, but $187 is just ridiculous!! Just too high! So yeah if you're needing youre car looked at for a problem unless its for a oil change, go somewhere else!â

âEveryone at Stephen Wade is very attentive, friendly and organized. From the moment you pull in, staff members are right there to confirm your appointment and direct you to your service rep who will listen to your concerns, review your car's history, make recommendations and give you a timeline of issues that can be addressed at a future time. Shuttle service is available to get you home and back and a comfortable lounge is available if you want to wait for your car to be serviced ....which is usually quick.

âI recently purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V from Stephen Wade Mazda, and had the best experience thanks to Clint! He was absolutely amazingâhonest, transparent, and never pushy. He spent multiple days with me, took me on several test drives, and genuinely made sure I found a car I truly loved, not just one he wanted to sell.
Clint was incredibly open about everything throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident every step of the way. It was clear he cared about getting it right, and I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me make the best decision.

âSTAY AWAY FROM STEVEN WADE!!! If I could give them a negative rating, I would I highly recommend nobody to ever buy a vehicle or use Steven Wade for service. I purchased a vehicle from Steven Wade from a local salesman that I knew. I bought the truck with an extended warranty. I did all of my service and warranty work through the dealership when my extended warranty was getting close to expiring. I brought it into the dealership to have them fix an oil leak. They were booked three months out on service. I waited the three months my truck goes in then in the shop for another 2 months (yes in the shop getting worked on and I got run around forcing them to get me an rental car witch I had to upgrade to a truck because I use my truck for work.) In that time extended warranty expired while Steven wade was âfixingâ my truck. They finally got my truck back and within 12 hours and putting under 20 miles on my truck my motor blew up and I had to get towed from the middle of the gorge and then the dealership has the audacity to tell me that I have to purchase a new engine for my truck that it is now no longer covered under warranty, and they are not responsible for anything they had done. Save yourself the stress/hassel and NEVER USE STEVEN WADE! And to top it all off the salesman callls me when trying to figure out whatâs going on with my now totaled truck because they said it was only worth $15k and the motor costs 15k and tries to sell me on a $40k new truck and says they wonât give me anything for my truck đ¤Łâ
