“I can’t say enough about the excellent and spectacular service I receive everytime I go to Findlay Kia Auto. A few years ago I purchased a used Kia from Stones Auto, a Kia dealership in Idaho Falls. I wasn’t aware they sold it to me with several open recalls until 1 day driving into town the engine blew. I had it towed to Findley/Kia in St George where I met Alec in the service dept. He was so polite and friendly. I fought Stones Auto for months feeling they should be responsible for the $7000 repairs. During those months while I trying to figure out if it was worth fixing and fighting stones to fix, Alec reassured me it was fine sitting there. I finally gave up the fight and asked Alec to go ahead and have it fixed. He was always great to stay in touch and keep me updated. I know when I take my car there it will be fixed professionally and no extra things will pop up that need to be fixed, if you know what I mean😉. Alec is the only one I really have work with but I know dealing with him that he is honest and has integrity. Excellent service”
