“I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brandt Conkiln. Who I had been in contact about getting a new truck. He had everything thing prepared and ready to go for me to take one of the trucks for a spin. My intention was just to look, however as soon as I drove the truck and he started laying out the features of it and the payment options I was hooked. He made me feel welcome as a new car buyer and I don't think I could have asked for better customer service.”

“We were looking for a car for my wife, and we located one we wanted to look at, but the dealership was 1 hour and 20 minutes from us. We really liked the car so we decided to make the trip, and told them we would be there Saturday around 1:00 and were paying cash for the vehicle. When we arrived at 1:00 that Saturday, they had the vehicle up front and running already for us to test drive. Our sales rep was Qasim, he met us at the door and chatted with us for a while. We then test drove the car, confirmed everything was satisfactory and agreed to purchase. The test drive was stress free with him, very friendly, polite, and comfortable to be around, almost like family. We got back and went in to finalize the purchase. He was easy to talk to, asked us if we needed anything. All the way Thru the purchase, he was a pleasure to be around. I have bought many cars from different dealers before, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had. If I purchase another car, we will be going back here. After the purchase they later sent a thank you package of cookies and a mug to us. That was amazing, never received this kind of experience before. Thank you to Qasim for all his help in making this experience enjoyable and not like just a transaction. Thank you to all the other people who helped us with this. Please, of your looking for a car in the St. Cloud area, please ask for Qasim, you will not be disappointed.

“Customer Service is horrible! Bought a new set of tires for my truck that cost over $2k. They sold me the wrong size of tires, and refuse to exchange them for me. Now I'm stuck with tires that don't fit.
Thankful for the GM reaching out to me to discuss the issue, and working with me on a resolution. Got me a different set of tires that fit, and was able to get a great deal on them. Andrew in the service department was extremely helpful as well. Got my new tires put on, so I'm very happy. He got me in and out as quick as possible, on a very busy day. Between the two of them, they saved a customer.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from Gilleland Chevrolet. Mohammad found us the perfect vehicle. We love it! He, also, spent a lot of time with us going over all the bells and whistles of our new 2026 Traverse RS. It's a beautiful vehicle. We would definitely recommend Gilleland if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

“I had negative experience when I called in for service. Which was very surprising, as I do all my car servicing there. First of all, there was a lot of background noise and laughter so I had a hard time hearing. They had no openings and no loaners available. I had no way to get to work and the only thing I was told was other customers were ahead of me. No willingness to help me figure out a solution. Told me to call Miller Auto Plaza, maybe they could help.
So I called Miller and got the same story. However, the call was clear and there was no annoying background noise. Instead of dismissing me, she said to hold and she would check with the advisor. Jeremy came up with a solution and got me a loaner and taken all care of same day. What a night and day difference between two phone calls.
I understand that schedules are full, but when you are in a jam and need to get to work, it is very helpful to have a sympathetic ear and come up with a solution.
Customer service is very important in this day when you have other options to take your business to.
I will still come to Gilleland, but wanted you to know how important it is to be empathetic with your customers dilemma. Thank you.”
