“We were looking for a car for my wife, and we located one we wanted to look at, but the dealership was 1 hour and 20 minutes from us. We really liked the car so we decided to make the trip, and told them we would be there Saturday around 1:00 and were paying cash for the vehicle. When we arrived at 1:00 that Saturday, they had the vehicle up front and running already for us to test drive. Our sales rep was Qasim, he met us at the door and chatted with us for a while. We then test drove the car, confirmed everything was satisfactory and agreed to purchase. The test drive was stress free with him, very friendly, polite, and comfortable to be around, almost like family. We got back and went in to finalize the purchase. After the purchase they later sent a thank you package of cookies and a mug to us. That was amazing, never received this kind of experience before. “Customer Service is horrible! Bought a new set of tires for my truck that cost over $2k. They sold me the wrong size of tires, and refuse to exchange them for me. Now I'm stuck with tires that don't fit. Thankful for the GM reaching out to me to discuss the issue, and working with me on a resolution. Got me a different set of tires that fit, and was able to get a great deal on them. Andrew in the service department was extremely helpful as well. Got my new tires put on, so I'm very happy. He got me in and out as quick as possible, on a very busy day. Between the two of them, they saved a customer.”
