“I had the pleasure of working with the saleman Mike Hampel. He was exceptional. He was honest, patient, kind, and explained everything to me in detail. He was never pushy or trying to oversell me. I've had poor experiences in the past so I felt nervous about this purchase but he made it easy and less stressful. I would highly suggest his services to anyone! I cannot recall the finance managers name but he was humorous and easy to work with as well . I felt well informed but not pressured to purchase anything that was not necessary.”

“Had to schedule the appointment twice because the reservation never got put in the first time. Thankfully I called to verify.
Now we also have tire lug nuts taking off because they weren't put back on appropriately after the tire rotation!”

“You better pull up a chair for this one. Let's get started. Called Tuesday morning, a couple of minutes before 7 am. Sometimes, I'm impatient and want to get things rolling. Phone rings and goes to the closed greetings. No biggie, gonna have to wait a few minutes. Now my phone rings. I answer, I very pleasant lady answer's and apologizes. She said she ran across the showroom floor and dived for the phone. Just missing it! I said I knew it was early, but thanks, this is awesome. She quickly connected me with service scheduling. They set me up with a 7am appointment on Thursday. I arrived early and was quickly let into the service bay at 7 am. sharp. Service writer Frank greeted me and quickly got all the paperwork started. Showed me the waiting room. The waiting room was well stocked and had vending machines also well stocked. Nothing is more aggravating than poorly stocked machines. But these were well stocked and even had energy drinks. Yes, I quickly had one dispensed for myself. Shortly after Frank returned and said parts had to be ordered and everything was warranty work. It's time to get hooked up with a loaner. Impressive, my loaner was a 2024 EV Hummer. Worried, I would run out of battery somewhere. I was hesitant. Frank said you have 300 miles and eased the concerns. I have to say, everyone should drive an EV Hummer, completely changed my opinion of EV vehicles. The vehicle was impressive, and the battery lasted for far longer than anything I needed to do. The next day, I returned to my vehicle fixed and running perfectly. Had the opportunity to meet reception and joked about our first interaction. Very pleasant experience and definitely would return & recommend the establishment to family and friends.”
