“We are on a 2025 Cadillac Optiq that we decided To drive cross country from Chicago to La Quinta California. We were having some trouble with the Tesla supercharger and felt more secure, stopping to recharge at a Cadillac dealership. Mel Bzzeli (service advisor) Took our call from the road and said "of course" we could stop in charge up. The charge was 20 minutes. We enjoyed their dealership and their lineup of EV's on the showroom floor. A special one that we liked was the 2026 lyric CTSV model - With launch control and an incredible deep green paint job. Our thanks to the team and also Jeff and Sales were very friendly and enjoyable for our brief stay.”

“HORRIBLE experience and a very dishonest dealership. Came with my own financing, numbers all worked out and still took over 2 hours to complete the deal! Internet listing showed the vehicle to have a lifetime power train warranty. Also, signs in the dealership displayed a lifetime power train warranty. Purchase the vehicle believing that, only to be told AFTER purchase that my vehicle was not covered under the lifetime warranty. Along with MANY other makes/models they sell with the lifetime warranty sticker on all of the online listings!!! I do not recommend this dealership due to their dishonest practices!!!!!”
