“Have had service multiple times on my Maverick. I’d like to give a special shout out to Gavin in scheduling for making me feel like family. His welcoming, professional attitude is appreciated, and an asset to the company. I saw him treat other customers the same way. Kudos!!!”

“Awful service department that sets poor expectations of time, cost, and refusing to assist with any warranty claim. The first time, I thought I was off.. but two times.. they really just want to wax their customers. This service department was fast to run my credit card to repair something.. get a second opinion. They will fight with you on your warranty, wanting you to pay. They are also too lazy to return calls, even when your car is being serviced. When speaking with the boss, Steve, is fast to tell you why you’re wrong. That is a standard for Kerry Ford to NOT communicate with owners. But instead, just do whatever they want to your vehicle. This guy is definitely used to / from an older generation..
Hopefully they can get some good help for their customers sake.
We literally just got approved for 60,000$ through ford credit- we will not buy from here.”

“Hello Im a college student and I recently came here after just getting married this July and drove 2 hours to get that new car I’ve always wanted . Initially everyone seemed nice and helpful but now I cant seem to get any decent help and every time I call Im sent to voicemail and am asked to send texts which hasn’t solved my problem and takes forever to get a response . I bought a 2017 Q60 and was told that the warranty they gave me would cover the complete drivetrain (engine and transmission) and that id also have the Kerry lifetime warranty if I continued to get my car serviced at the dealership which I planned to do. After buying my car in only 2,000 miles of driving the car carefully I had a major problem with my cars engine and I took it in to get repaired under warranty and followed the steps they gave me (diagnosis, lab tests, engine tear down) which now is going to cost me an extra 4800$ and the dealership(kerry infinity kentucky) thats fixing my car is telling me the warranty company doesn’t intend to pay for repairs even though I've only had the car for 2k miles! my car is still in pieces and nothing has been fixed and it has been ruining my life and causing me a ridiculous amount of stress . Its been 2 months now exactly without my car and I've been having to make payments and pay insurance and get rides just to make it to work and each time I call I get nothing or get told they’ll figure it out and I don't get a call back so now I'm. trying to make a last attempt with them to see if things can get sorted out before I get the bank lender , lawyer and news involved because sadly I don’t have many other options. Be careful and best of luck to any new time buyers!”

“I was out of town from Florida and my rear went on my F150. I stopped into Kerry Ford and they bent over backwards to help me out. Within 30 minutes they had a plan for the vehicle, and they executed a major repair with no notice and got me home by the end of the week. I very much needed to get back home, and at one point they had multiple people working on the vehicle just to help me get back. This kind of care and commitment to customers is very rare these days, and it's on full display at Kerry Ford. I highly recommend them and thank them very much for helping me out in the time when I really needed it. They are just good people, pure and simple.”

“Chris Williams and Ron Daugherty made the process of purchasing my vehicle so seemless. They were both so helpful and found me the exact kind of vehicle I was looking for. I could not of been happier driving off the lot. Thanks Kerry Ford, Chris and Ron for all of your help.”
