“If 6/5 stars was an option I would have chosen that for my experience with Planet Ford & Lincoln.
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Planet Ford over the years and they have always done a tremendous job for us. Their sales Manager David Webb is first class and their GM Shawn Burns makes every purchase we make simple, quick and easy.
This was our first experience upgrading to a Lincoln and wow….were we impressed, especially with their Sales Manager George Adams III.
George took tremendous care of us from start to finish. He made the purchasing process very simple, easy and believe it or not….actually fun and enjoyable!
I think Mr. George enjoyed the experience as much as we did! You can tell he takes great pride in what he does and cares about his customers deeply.
No surprises, no tricks. Just good people who care about customer service. That’s rare today….but not at Planet Lincoln.
Highly recommend Planet Lincoln and George Adams III for a very enjoyable car buying experience.”

“I recently purchased a Lincoln Corsair Reserve from Planet Lincoln. My experience was exceptional from the moment I entered the showroom floor til the moment I left driver my new car. My saleswomen was Frances Ramos and she did an awesome job guiding me through this process. She answered every question and explained the differences in my vehicle of choice. Honestly some of the knowledge she explained about the vehicles were a major eye opener and determining factor on which vehicle I purchased. Thank you for your patience and knowledge Frances , you were a big help.”

“I usually take my 2022 Lincoln Corsair to valveoline for an oil change. The last two times they did not have the correct size engine air filter, so I took it to Lincoln Service this time. I explicitly told the service coordinator this was one of my needs. I waited two hours and come home to find out that they did not change my filter. To know this isn’t even something they check during a routine oil change is alarming. I have attached a picture of the filthy filter they left in my car. Would not recommend.”

“I recently worked with Frances Ramos during my vehicle purchase, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. From the beginning, Frances was extremely efficient in answering all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and transparent.
When I arrived at the dealership, the team informed me that they wanted to pause the contract due to a concern they had discovered about the vehicle. I appreciated that level of honesty and integrity — it showed they genuinely cared about the customer’s experience and safety, rather than just making a sale.
In my case, I happened to have a relative with the equipment needed to address the issue, but for others who may not have that resource, I can see how valuable it is to have a dealership that is upfront. Their transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their business practices.
In addition to Frances, Marcus and Fred were also wonderful to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and helped ensure that everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
Overall, this dealership demonstrated exceptional honesty, responsiveness, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy car-buying experience”

“I'm a 74 year old car guy. Right now I have 9 cars in my garage representing a small percentage of cars that I have purchased over many years. I can't ever recall the last time I bought a used car. It would have to be from back in the 70s except for a 1928 Model A I bought15 years ago. I only share this because I have a lot of experience buying cars. The experience I had with Planet Lincoln was hands down the best experience ever. It was smooth from start to finish. I got a great deal and even got the chance to leave my investments working for me by taking advantage of the 0% financing. This is the 1st time I haven't paid cash for a car since 1987. Love this dealership. And the staff there are all professionals and understand their customers.”
