“Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My fiancé purchased a vehicle that she thought she loved and after a day she decided it wasn’t right for her. Jeff (our salesman) and everyone at Camp Chevy were super supportive and worked with us to exchange that vehicle with no hassle or fees. Jeff spent extra time on a cold day to ensure she was happy. The initial purchase was quick, easy and non pressured, the second time was the same, Jerad in finance was informative and efficient during the first purchase and understanding/equally efficient during the exchange. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I plan to start my search at Camp Chevy and recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I usually don’t write reviews but thought this experience was worth sharing.”

“This was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Toni and my sales rep, Noah, were absolutely incredible—from their clear communication to the seamless delivery of my new truck. The values this dealership upholds are exactly what every dealership should strive for.
Noah went above and beyond, sending detailed videos of the truck ahead of time and having everything perfectly prepared when I arrived. The entire process was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free.
I absolutely love this dealership. Go see Noah—you won’t be disappointed!”

“UPDATE: Updating my review as we did receive a phone call from the manager who was very apologetic, and is refunding us for the cost of the evaluation. Of course this doesn't fix the poor experience but it does show an effort for resolving customer satisfaction issues, which is about as good of a resolution as one could expect after the fact.
My husband brought our Chevy Trax in for a full check-up, hoping to get a clear picture of its condition. After several hours, we finally got a call; only for them to quote us $3,000–$4,000 for a new turbocharger. When my husband asked them to also look into the heater/AC issue (it shuts off completely on level 4), they admitted they hadn’t checked it… and then chose not to look into it at all during the additional hours they had the car.
Likewise, they didn't bother to check bulletins or they would have known this could be covered by chevy given the year of my model and the mileage it has on it. Another Chevy dealership ran the VIN today and immediately confirmed that the turbo is covered under GM Special Coverage N232395330. So, now I wonder if this was just laziness or if they deliberately attempted to charge us out of pocket for a repair GM would have fully covered. Either way, it is not the level of service most would want for their vehicles.
Despite promising a thorough inspection, they only checked a single component and then jumped straight to a massive bill. On top of that, they were extremely hard to reach, and the customer service overall was disappointing.
I’ve told my husband before that dealership service departments are often overpriced and underwhelming; and unfortunately, this experience proved exactly that.”

“I brought my old Chevy in to be serviced and was pretty sure I was going to buy a new car. Noah my sales person didn't pressure me, was very kind. He understood I was nervous about running my credit score and gave me numbers before I decided to buy. It was my first car I financed and my credit history was only 6 months old to the day. Not only did the Shawn my finance guy get me into the car I wanted for the monthly payments I wanted, he got my percentage down from 11% to 7%. A week later I went back into the Chevy dealership because he got 2,200 cheaper deal for me from the original price. I brought my payments down $35 less a month. I walked away with oil changes for life on the vehicle I bought and a four year warranty on the car including engine transmission brakes everything. He also got me gap insurance. So good that I referred to friends to Camp Chevy and they've gotten cars from there too.”

“I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime; some for personal use and also for business. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Isiah was a great sales person, I did most of transaction by text and the online portal. All I did was test drive my car, sign the paperwork and I was there only an hour! I highly recommend Camp Chevrolet!”
