“It's not easy to find great service without the games when buying a car with credit issues. From start to finish Sir Michael's exceeded any other dealership I dealt with when buying a car. I explained my issues to them after filling out the online application, told them what type of car I was looking for and what I could afford, and told them like I told the other dealerships to just be honest with me and don't play the salesman games. They never played a single game with me. They are extremely helpful and understanding. They provided me with financing on multiple vehicles with great rates and they did it all remotely before I even stepped in the door. It happened so easy I thought that it was too good to be true and I'd make the 40 minute trek to the dealership and be baited and switched. But it was simply the easiest and best service I've ever had purchasing a car. I spent less than an hour inside the dealership including the test drive and everything was above board, explained, and went down exactly as they said it would. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to buy a car. If I'm adding to my fleet I'm gonna check their inventory first because they are exactly as advertised from initial conversation to driving off the lot.”
