“Jake Gignac will ALWAYS have a referral support from me! ALWAYS! I came in a couple of months ago knowing that I wanted a 2023 or 2024 BLACK Trail Blazer- nothing more or less! He appraised my vehicle and let me know that my Jeep (that I received from another dealership) didn’t have airbags and had a few other complications that I didn’t know about. He also explained that the equity in the vehicle is quite high and it wouldn’t transfer over to another vehicle at a lower down payment. He gave me a down payment estimate that could work for me in the future and told me to come back. He was encouraging and cheerful! When I had my down payment, I reached out to him to notify him that I was ready. When a vehicle was available, I came in the very next day that it was uploaded on the site; and the transaction was so EASY! Jake even got me a car note that is over $100 lower than my previous car note. He’s patient, kind, and encouraging! “I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Traverse with 5 miles on it just over three weeks ago. I am now having transmission issues in need of a transmission body valve!!!. What if it locked on me while driving with my children?!?! The part is on back order and they have no idea when it will be in stock. To say that I am pissed would be highly underrated. I’m praying your company does the right thing and rectify this immediately. The sales team was great- just was sold a lemon unfortunately.”
