āI had a great experience purchasing my new Honda CR-V from Tamaroff Honda. From start to finish, the process was professional, transparent, and well handled.
Sean from the sales team was fantastic to work with ā very responsive, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly, even when there were a few timing and logistics challenges. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated his honesty and follow-through.
Paul from the finance team was equally great. He explained all the financing details clearly, walked me through the options without any pressure, and made the paperwork process easy and comfortable. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Overall, the team at Tamaroff Honda made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. Iām very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Tamaroff Honda ā especially Sean and Paul ā to anyone looking for a straightforward and pleasant car-buying experience.ā

āI can't speak on Tamaroff as a whole as this rating is based on my interaction with Bianca on Saturday 12/27. My wife needed a new car, and I brought her here based on some deals I saw on their website. While there, instead of the Accord LE we changed our minds and wanted to test drive the hybrid and talk numbers. It took about 30-45 minutes for Bianca to get us a vehicle to test drive. I didn't think was an issue at first as things can get busy, but it eventually got added to the list of grievances I had during my visit and awful experience with Bianca. She told my wife front wheel drive cars aren't safe for the winter which is incorrect, anytime we asked for pricing (as safety and pricing were highlighted as things that were important to my wife) she'd respond with "well are you guys going to take the car/do you like the car," and she was extremely rude and dismissive before I decided to walk out. I inquired about their CRV LX deal I saw on the website to where she cut me off to say we changed our minds about the Accord LX and that she only wanted to talk to my wife about what she wanted. "20 years of experience" but all I saw was rudeness, ego, a lack of professionalism and understanding of vehicles she was selling. I was very kind and patient to her the entire time and felt extremely disrespected. Please train your staff to be more respectful and patient as customers have every right to ask questions, change their mind, and ask for pricing on different vehicles. All I saw was an interaction that fuels the negative stereotypes surrounding car sales. Thankfully Glassman Subaru was a few minutes away down the street where we had a much better experience where the manager attended to our needs and set us up with a great salesman who took great care of us.ā

āWent to Tamaroff after a bad experience at another dealership. We immediately noticed a difference in the environment and salespeople who greeted us. Our salesman, Ali, was very professional and respectful of our time. Tamaroff had the best price on the odyssey compared to other dealerships in our area and they really worked with us to get the best trade in value for our car. We left very happy with the final deal thanks to Ali and one of the sales managers Dave. Would definitely come back for any future Hondas we add!ā
