I have bought Toyota RAV4 2026 Hybrid model from Page Toyota. It was a smooth process and warm welcoming sales person Mr. Antony. He is such a great person to handle the customer with well knowledge about the inventory. 5* rating for his best handling the people. Not to forget the finance Manager Mr.Brad. He was negotiated with the management and brought down the interest rate. Though there are some additional add on added to reduce the rate, The efforts are highly appreciated. Thank you page Toyota. I wish to buy my second car with you as well.

We bought an used 4 runner. Start to finish the process was seamless. David in sales was low key, helpful and on the ball. Brad in financing was very knowledgeable and helped get us a good rate and payment. And Kris the sales manager was so kind. I've never written a review for a car purchase before but this experience was so good I felt the need to.

After checking online we narrowed our search to Page Toyota. The vehicle we were interested in was in stock. The salesman we encountered (Izzy) was very accommodating. We feel we got a fair trade in for our old vehicle. Most of the paperwork was wrapped up. It was late in the day so we chose to conclude the sale the following day. All went well and we drove off the lot in our new vehicle.

Buyer Beware: $9,000 Repair for a Known Defect 11/22/25: I've sent the requested details to Adam and thanked him for the reply. I'll update as this situation unfolds!!! I am writing this review to warn potential buyers about my experience with Page Toyota and my 2017 Highlander (used car sale) My story is one of frustration and financial strain, and I hope it encourages others to do deeper research before purchasing. I purchased this 2017 Highlander from Page Toyota in November 2024. Ironically, I was moving on from a Chrysler Town & Country that had its own transmission problems. I chose Toyota believing it was a pillar of reliability. At the time of purchase, I declined the extended warranty after a sales pitch suggesting it was a "smart choice." This summer, the transmission failed completely, leaving the vehicle unable to reverse—a significant safety hazard and a major inconvenience. When I took it to Page Toyota for diagnosis, I was handed a $9,000 repair estimate. The most frustrating part? The service advisor informed me of an existing Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that specifically addresses this transmission failure in 2017 and 2018 Highlanders. This means Toyota is aware of a known defect with this model, yet I, the customer, am expected to bear the full cost. To add insult to injury, I was promised a call from management to discuss helping with this massive bill. That call never came. So now, after buying a Toyota to escape transmission woes, I own a useless SUV and miss my old minivan. My goal is to educate future customers: · Research not just the brand, but the specific model year and its known issues (look up TSBs!). · Be very wary of a dealership that knows about these widespread issues but does not stand behind the product they sell. My ask of Page Toyota management is simple: Please follow through on your promise.I need a legitimate follow-up, an explanation for why a known defect isn't being covered, and a serious discussion about drastically reducing this $9,000 repair bill. A vehicle with a known manufacturing flaw should not become the customer's sole financial burden.

Deer jumped in front of my car and destroyed everything on the front end, lights, hood, bumper, grill, corner panels. I had never been to Page Toyota, but it was close to my accident. Work started immediately on my car, and I received updates throughout the process, letting me know what stage of repair my car was in. The office staff, and techs that did the work were all very down to Earth and easy to talk to, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I might buy my next purchase through these guys just to give business to good people.
