“Very disappointed with the service department at Landers Chrysler in Southaven. My truck has been in the shop for over a month, now going on two months, with no clear answers or timeline.
They diagnosed the issue as needing a new transmission, and my insurance paid around $5,000 for the repair. Even after that, the problem still isn’t resolved.
The technician doesn’t seem confident in diagnosing the remaining issue. I keep getting apologies instead of real updates or progress. I’m told I’ll get a call back, only to be told the same thing again with no new information.
Poor communication and a frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend their service department.”

“I would never return to this dealership for any service needed for my vehicle and you shouldn’t either. I went in because one of my headlights was out so they fixed it. I paid close to 300 dollars fast forward 9 months later the exact same headlight went out not even a year after it was replaced. I decided not to go back to that dealership to get it fixed I went to another Dodge dealership and that’s when they told me that the bulb was put in backwards which is why it blew out again. I pay for them to correct what they didn’t fix initially. Tyrone tells me a 300 dollar bulb could blow again in 6 months it could even be 3 months that the bulb could blow again. That is a lie it’s no way a 300 dollar bulb will blow in months. I will not return and I do not trust their technicians or mangers.”

“Very poor service experience. I brought my Ram in for an intermittent “NO BUS” dash issue. First visit, I was charged $250 to tighten a battery terminal that wasn’t loose, and the issue returned the same day. The Tech was even courteous enough to give me the keys & acknowledged that there’s codes on my dash smh. Second visit, the truck sat for 4 days and I was charged $650 for a battery that had already tested good, despite me saying it wasn’t the problem. I was told i could rest assured that this would fix it & The issue came back within an hour of driving to furniture stores & tanger.
The service manager never returned my calls despite several attempts. I ultimately fixed the issue myself in 10 minutes by replacing a well-known faulty star connector behind the dash after doing research on facebook costing me only $80. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they blamed my $5k corsa exhaust that has nothing to do with the problem i’ve had them on two previous camaro SS with no problem. I would not recommend this service department.”

“I am not pleased at all with Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them in April of this year and it has been nothing but issues with it. I had to take it to the shop on November 19th and was told it would be 3 to 5 days for them to diagnose it which turned out to be almost 2 weeks and it still was not fixed. I recieved my vehicle back on Monday December 1st and the check engine light was on. So I took it back on Tuesday for them to check it because it was not checked the first time. I was told that my vehicle had electrical issues first, then I was told that the computers just needed to be updated. So after sitting there for 4 plus hours I was able to leave and drive it home. Fast forward to Friday I drove to work just fine and when I got off work my truck would not start. So now my truck is gonna have to go back to Landers and there's no telling how long they will have it this time. They do not offer loaners so I will be out of a vehicle again and having to catch a ride. I am very frustrated with this and Landers needs to do better.”
