Tracy Brown, the finance manager, showed me a variety of plans to choose from. Once again, I was impressed with the level of product knowledge. Many auto dealerships sell extended warranties that are from third party companies. These extended warranties are not as widely accepted by other dealerships as they lead you to believe. Moss sells genuine Ford extended warranties. There will not be a problem at any Ford dealership I might use it at. My buying experience was great! There was absolutely no pressure. All my questions were answered completely. There were no surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork.
