“Wife hit a deer Sunday night. Was there 1st thing Monday morning claim already filed had pictures taken made appointment for March 30 Two months out, show up 2 days later Thursday to have more pictures taken because there's more damage that I noticed and Chris said I hit something else, after going around with him, Trying to explained to him that I didn't hit nothing else.He said I had an attitude and He told me to take it elsewhere. No problem SHEPHERD'S AUTO BODY here I come. No wonder MCFADDEN'S fired him LMMFAO”

“We made an appointment to have all open recalls on our Ford Maverick serviced along with an oil change. The appointment was at 9am on 7/17.
My husband brought our truck to Don Woodhams, arriving early at 845am. He told them he was going to wait in the lobby.
At around 1015, they came out and told him they couldn't complete the recall work because it would require him to leave the car due to the extensive amount of work the recalls would take (battery issue and rear camera issue), but that they could still complete the oil change. They finished that around noon. It took them 3 hours and 15 minutes to change the oil, WITH an appointment!
Weeks later we finally decided to call Barber Ford in Holland (because Lord knows we're not ever going back to this dealership again). Barber Ford informs us that this work can be completed by their mobile service team. They will come to our house and do this (what Don Woodhams Ford said was too complicated to do in a reasonable amount of time IN THEIR SHOP).
We are a Ford family. We both drive Fords and I am up to purchase a new one soon here. Rest assured we will not be purchasing from Woodhams Ford. If they can't handle a simple oil change and recall work, I can't imagine what it would be like if something really went wrong!”

“Rude receptionist at cashier desk
Rude staff. Upset because it was assumption as to the issue with my SUV over $1,250.00 estimate. I had a local gentleman fix my SUV for $100.00. Shame on you woodhams. Never will I recommend your establishment!!!”
