“Kevin Jean-Louis was amazing in his customer service, body language, very professional and respectful to myself and my wife. Patient, gentle, neat, and a visibly happy person. In addition, he answered all our questions, and for answers he wasn’t sure of, he directed us to get clarifications from the manager and financial director. He also demonstrated same qualities the next day when we came to pick up the car. This is the third car I am purchasing in this dealership, but his presence and my experience with him is unprecedented and outstanding. We need more people like him in all aspects of of service in this country.”

“I bought a 2017 BMW 530i like a month ago from Amazing Luxury Cars, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Nate, handled the sale, but the car already had a scratch caused by the dealership while it was on their lot, which was never properly addressed. I still have the paper tag on the car, and shortly after getting the car, I discovered the dealership had used a coolant sealant to cover up a leak instead of actually repairing the issue. This was never disclosed, leaving me with a car that was not in the condition I was promised. The lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a car here, inspect everything carefully and ask tough questions, because they may hide problems instead of actually fixing them.”

“Words can’t describe the experience I received from Amazing Luxury Cars!!!! I will say Mr. AJ, Mr. Alex, and Mr. Yazan were the most professional, trustworthy, and MOST Patient I ever met. They did not pressure me into a car like most dealerships neither did they try to get me to buy anything I wasn’t interested in. I will say most of every car “THAT I LOOKED AT” on their lot was kept up and up to date. I’ve had 4 mercedes and many other foreign vehicles that Ive purchased from actually foreign dealers but when I say I’ve never experienced the type of professionalism from a dealership like this one I mean that!!! I encourage everyone that’s in the market looking for a vehicle to give this dealership a try even if you have bad credit they will/try to get you the car of your dreams. “Was in search of a sporty convertible , and found a Daytona Grey 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet with Magma red seats online at ALC. I was cautious as this was my first online vehicle purchase. i worked with the GM Yazan to start the process , but noticed another dealer in ATL had the same make model different package, lower price. Yazan matched that price , and once my trade in was evaluated, took care of financing , tax , tags , and delivery of vehicle to me in Texas. We did hit a few bumps along the way to delivery, but Yazan kept his word , and resolved all issues eventually.
