“I purchased a K4 this past Tuesday, February 3 with Shannan and Israel! I was heading to another dealership and spoke to Israel on the phone after 6 PM. He tried to get me to come in, but I was already heading to another dealership 30 minutes in a different direction so we figured out everything over the phone. He got me a great deal and I turned around. The dealership closed at seven and I got there right before close and Shannon and Israel stayed until 830 to get me and my paperwork done. The Customer Service was by far 10 out of 10. When I arrived, the car was ready for me to test drive and Shannan also had everything prepped for me. My sales person, Darnell was very responsive and knowledgeable about the EV9 and he went out of his way to get my questions addressed or additional pictures/videos I requested sent to me quickly!
