“###6 WEEK UPDATE!###. Don’t bother calling because “King Solomon” will answer the call and transfer you before you get a chance to tell him what you actually need so we had to drive BACK UP here at first Choice automotive six weeks later because BILLY didn’t complete the paperwork correctly and I can’t get a tag at the tag office!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 Apparently the previous owner had some school zone infractions and let insurance lap several times and this all had to be paid in fines before the dealership sold the car to me so now here we are again 🤬🤬🤬 Do yourself a favor stay away from this dealership at all costs!! ***UPDATE***. BUYER BEWARE!! WARNING - BE CAREFUL PURCHASING HERE!! The vehicle was supposed to come with the AC already fixed because it came with no AC. It does say so on page one of the contract. That was eight days ago. I drove away with no AC Labor Day weekend. I was told to call Tuesday after Labor Day. I called and Billy asked me to bring the car back in. I brought the car back in the Wednesday after Labor Day, I was in the service department where they already installed a compressor and for an hour and a half three gentlemen could not figure out what was going on with the AC that was not working in my new vehicle. Billy told us to take it to Auto Cool in Smyrna. I had had a medical procedure and could not drive so we took it the following Monday morning September 8, and they ran diagnostics and found a condenser leak. The dealership i.e. Billy agreed to pay Auto Cool for the diagnostics, but not the condenser and they want to have the car back at the dealership so that they can install the condenser, the same people that couldn’t figure out what was going on for an hour and a half four days ago ….. The same department that installed the compressor, the same department that didn’t see the condenser leak….. and does not warranty their work…. I’m supposed to trust that??? I also tried to call and left three messages today for the manager who is never available and now they just hang up on me when I try to call and reach someone so my car is sitting at an auto air-conditioning repair waiting on a phone call from the GM to advise on what to do on the vehicle that I’ve had for eight days that should’ve come with working AC. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 ANGRY IS BEYOND DESCRIPTION RIGHT NOW!!!We purchased this Saturday from Billy Peterson one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything on the vehicle was working properly and that I was safe driving it. As a single female, owning a food truck and towing it up and down the mountains, it’s important that safety be the top priority. I can’t say enough positive things about this location other than if you go here…. ASK FOR BILLY!!!!”
