“Stay away from First Choice and especially from the salesperson Gabriel. This was a dishonest and deeply upsetting experience. I went to First Choice to buy a car that was listed for $24,000 on their website. I test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward. Inside, a salesperson named Gabriel helped me. We clearly agreed on the $24,000 price. Gabriel then asked for my approval to check financing with the bank. I trusted him and said yes. However, Gabriel turned the computer screen away from me so I could not see what he was doing. Without my knowledge, he changed the vehicle price from $24,000 to $28,000 and submitted the financing application with the higher amount. He then presented documents for me to sign based on the altered price. I trusted Gabriel completely, and because of that trust, I signed. This was a mistake I deeply regret. I gave a total of $5,000 as a down payment. Even though I decided NOT to buy the car after discovering what happened, they kept $3,000 of my money. They took $3,000 from me even though I never purchased the vehicle. When I told them I did not want the car, they said they had already completed their process and that I would lose my down payment. They showed no honesty, no professionalism, and no respect. Gabriel deliberately hid the screen, changed the price, and had me sign documents based on false information. This is extremely misleading and unethical behavior. I trusted Gabriel, and that trust was abused. I did not buy the car, and I still lost $3,000. Save yourself from financial loss, stress, and regret. Stay away from First Choice and stay away from Gabriel.”
