She helped us make a listing and post it and within hours we had people calling about it. We sold it the next day and were able to go back and get the vehicle we were looking at. They were very accommodating and I have never been as satisfied buying a car as we were with Uptown and Sydney. We will definitely go back when we need to upgrade our other vehicle.”

“Your time is not considered when using service in my opinion. First visit: Advanced transmission service scheduled(drop pan, replace filter…) and oil change. I was told it would take 2-3 hrs and when I mentioned I would be waiting they mentioned three guys were out sick and it may take a while to get to. I said please just do the oil change and I will re schedule the other. Which I did for Dec 15th. I arrived 12:30 was told guys on lunch until 1. Oil change finishes at 2:15After waiting an hour fifteen I am given a free oil change and coupon for $50 of trans service(great customer service). Second visit: I scheduled a 8am visit for the 15th. My wife assists me dropping the vehicle off on the 14th so its there to be worked on bright and early. I show up at 11:30 to ask progress, i find it has not even entered the service bay. If someone has an 8am appt I would expect it to be worked on at 8am. I will take my business elsewhere as appointments and your time are not a huge consideration here. First visit although rocky was handled well on my opinion”
