“Stay Away. Never had so many issues with a vehicle, even buying from private sellers have been less frustrating and damaging. Bought a 2016 GMC 2500 HD from the team here. They were helpful getting the paperwork signed. After that nothing but problems with phone tag, unanswered texts and calls, and broken promises. Drove 6 hours to see the vehicle, was not ready when I got there. Mechanic failed to do a proper inspection the vehicle. (he didn't have his tools, his truck was in service/unavailable). Drove the truck to Advanved auto down the street, saw there was a check engine code. Had the dealer read it, mechanic claimed it was a new computer and he wasn't sure how everything worked. See the Autel diagnostic report picture. Bought the vehicle, Drove it down the road and realized I had a tailight out, no biggy I thought. Pulled out the light and found the harness to the bulbs was missing. Told the dealer and he promised to cover the cost of a new harness. Bought a new harness, plugged it in, dealer never sent the check as promised. See the pictures of the texts with the dealership. Truck issues needed to be identified. Brought it to a GMC Dealership to read the codes. Many new codes were found to the tune of +$8k of work needing to be done. I waited per the communication with the dealer. Had all the issues in the pictures. Unfortunately the problem could not be completely resolved due to some signs of corrosion that the dealer failed to disclose to me. Im used to being able to drive without ABS and such but for $26k I expect a vehicle without these issues. I can't even order the the chassis harness to replace the corroded part. So im stuck with this vehicle as is. Now im having issues with the starting of the vehicle which AAA is relating to the wiring issues currently existing in the vehicle. I fully intend on taking this Dealership to court for all the time I've spent trying to peice together the garbage they gave me if they will not find a resolution to this issue. This vehicle is still under their extra warranty they sold me on top of the vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable. I was in the middle of active duty orders with the PA Army National Guard and just trying to purchase a reliable vehicle for my family to have. Now I have nothing but repair bill after repair bill with calls to roadside assistance on the regular. I need to drive around with jumper cables and look through junk yards to find a matching vehicle to pull parts from due to the chassis harness issue I strongly advise not doing business with this Dealership. I will be happy to change my review with some resolution on this matter.”

Five stars is not enough to say how awesome these guys are I have never had a smoother experience buying a vehicle in my life and I'm almost 70 years old. I have been to used car lots before but the experience was nothing like I experienced at North shore Quality Auto. They were super friendly they got me approved right away everything went smooth and now I'm driving my 2017 Nissan Titan such a beautiful truck such an awesome truck and low mileage. “Amazing people and opportunities! We were car searching for 4 weeks before coming. Anthony and Billy made it happen on DAY one. They made everything so easy! They pulled the vehicle up that we wanted. Offered drinks; Test drive was smooth!
