“On the date of purchase, 01/02/2026 I bought the vehicle in good faith with the understanding that it was in drivable condition and had been properly inspected. Less than one hour after leaving the dealership, the truck broke down and became undrivable. This occurred immediately after purchase, raising serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and whether a proper inspection was conducted. As a result, I incurred inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses, including towing and repair cost, for a vehicle I had owned for less than an hour. I contacted the dealership to report the issue. I was told by the salesman. “ Didn’t you purchase an extended warranty just take it to a GMC dealership near you.” I believe selling a vehicle that fails almost immediately after purchase is unacceptable and misleading. To add after posting this google review. Not 20 minutes later I received a phone call from management. Offering a free oil change after having to pay almost $500.00 in fees to get the vehicle back up and properly working. Including additional towing costs on top of Onstar. No sir, I don’t want an oil change. I want my money back.”

Alyssa did a great job moving things along, while I was driving and greasing the whole wheel with the help of the rest of the team. The finance department made the paperwork an ease and explained all the options clearly and precisely. I'm happy with my purchase and I would do it again if or when I need another vehicle.
