“Got a less than perfect car from a nearby dealership with lots of issues. Nicole took great care of me. Updating me every step of the way, taking care of my warranty, and going above and beyond. I’m not sure who my technician was but he/she took great care of my car while in the shop and has it driving better than ever before. I think the tech even threw away some of the trash in my car too which is also above and beyond service. In short, I’d recommend the Honda of Slidell to anyone over any other shop, especially if it’s a Honda. I don’t care what car you got, if it’s got that signature “H” on the front, they can fix it. They got some dawgs at that dealership especially in service. PS Go see Eric in Sales, Eric’s a cool dude to talk to and I should have bought my car from Eric!”

“Had a more than wonder experience with Albert, arrived in the lot and within 5 minutes were greeted and test driving. He has the customers best interest at heart, and is not pushy like most sales professionals. He was very easy to talk to and kind. I Purchased a pre owned Mazda, got a decent/ ok value on my trade in and got the desired note even being upside down on my trade in. Thank you Albert again for a good experience, car is clean, low mileage and I even got a full tank of gas. I’d recommend anyone to have their business here.”

My 2024 accord hybrid had an electrical issue and was not drivable and within 30 minutes they had it diagnosed and had me out the door in a loaner vehicle!
