“The buying process was easy, Julie was great to work with and accommodating. Update: the car I purchased was used, it had a small acceptable dent on the driver side bumper. After taking the car through the car wash, the bumper popped off the clips on the passenger side. The service department tried to glue it to no avail. They said it needs a new bumper which they would not cover. I explained the situation to Julie in sales, she was able to offer covering 50% of the cost. I understand that buying a used car can be a gamble, that's why I chose a "reputable" dealership. I wish they would understand selling a used vehicle can be a gamble too. In this case it's the buyers loss.”
