“Easy service at Silver Spring Volvo. Needed to get a replacement key programmed for my 2023 XC90. Jesse, my Service Advisor, was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in right away.
The entire process—including a quick wash—all wrapped up in just about an hour. The waiting area is clean & modern; featuring a fancy Keurig automated espresso machine with a great selection of flavors. I also noted a USB charge bank available and plenty of seating, making it easy to pop out a laptop and get a bit of work done while you wait. Highly recommend Jesse and the team for their efficiency and professionalism!”

“I had an exceptional experience at Volvo yesterday! My service advisor, Justin, was incredibly considerate and patient while explaining everything about my car on Wednesday. When I learned about the repair costs, I decided to trade up. Justin recommended my salesperson, Mabel Matos.
Mabel was nothing short of amazing! She even brought me lunch while helping me through the process of getting into a new vehicle. The customer service was exemplary, and I ended up with an excellent deal. I highly recommend both Justin and Mabel for their outstanding work.”

“I’ve consistently had good experiences with Volvo Cars Silver Spring, and my most recent visit reinforced that trust. I brought my S60 in for scheduled service and to diagnose an SRS warning light. While the issue ultimately required replacement of the SRS control module (which was not covered under my third-party warranty), the service team worked proactively with Volvo to pursue goodwill assistance.
Jesse and the service/finance managers kept me informed throughout the process, advocated on my behalf, and ultimately secured full goodwill coverage for the repair. The communication was clear, professional, and fair from start to finish.
I appreciate the transparency, follow-through, and customer-first approach, especially with a safety-critical issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to service my vehicle here again.”
